Dog Boarding in Castine

Ana was a lifesaver. We are camping in the area and wanted to do a day trip so we boarded Zak for the day. Because Zak is reactive and fearful dog, he is not a real candidate for a playgroup. Anna was able to accommodate with a large private pen where Zak had the option to view the other dogs or be shielded. Zak was very calm and did not appear stressed at all at the new environment. Ana was very sweet and understood Zak personality and needs. I would definitely come back again.

Melissa provides prompt and friendly communications. My dog was very happy and returned without any stress. A great experience.

Adam was so responsive to my million questions and took such wonderful care of our two dogs! He is so appreciated as we are traveling and his service allowed us to enjoy the special event we were attending without worrying about the four legged family members!

Dizzy was well cared for while we were away for the night. Communication with Kris was very prompt & arrangements for drop off/pick up was really easy. Kris also sent us a photo & update of how Dizzy was doing the next morning. All in all a good experience

Joseph was the perfect sitter for Tucker . Tucker is usually shy at first around strangers but within a few minutes , Joseph made him feel comfortable and Tucker loved his visit !!! He sent photos and sent me updates when I was away and I loved getting to see Tucker :) Tucker had a great time and already wants to go back :P. We will be booking reservations with you again in the near future and Tucker can't wait !

Krista was a delight to work with! Friendly, helpful, communicative, and VERY caring of our dog Nell. Krista asked great questions to ensure she knew Nell's habits and needs. Through her daily updates, it was clear that Krista treated Nell as part of her own family and worked to make her comfortable during her stay. Honestly, we couldn't have hoped for anything more from a sitter and whenever we need a sitter again, we will be happy to use Krista.

Bethany and her family were absolutely wonderful with my 6 month old Golden Retriever. He received a lot of care and attention, and Bethany was also flexible in taking him for an extra day at the last minute, when my work trip was suddenly extended. Thank you!

Pat is very thorough in getting all the details before your dog arrives so things go smoothly. She is very in tune with dogs needs in training, understanding, and tolerance for their actions as they transition into a new Rover experience away from their owners.

Rosie had a great time playing with Jillian’s dogs and kids, she set lots of photos and kept me informed on how she was doing.

I’ve boarded my dog Siku with David a half dozen times now. He’s been exceptionally accommodating with pick up and drop off. He’s always been kind and understanding in our interactions. He loves having Siku over and Siku loves it too, playing in the yard with the other doggies.
