Dog Boarding in Damariscotta-Newcastle

Alissa is amazing. This was Miska's third stay and she was so excited at dropped off thay she almost jumped out of the car as we pulled in. The daily updates and pictures that were shared definitely showed to me that Miska was being well cared for and really enjoying her stay. Alissa treated her as her own. We'll be using Alissa for all of our pup-sitting needs.

I can’t leave the long review I want to because I am a busy toddler mom, but Molly and her family were wonderful to my two goldens while I was away for a night. I’m anxious to be apart from my dogs, but as soon as I left and Molly sent a picture showing how happy they were I felt at ease. She was wonderful with them. One of my dogs unfortunately had some mild issues and both molly and her husband handled it with such grace and kindness.

Christina was able to bring our shy, anxious pup out of her shell during the stay. She sent pictures and updates throughout which put us at ease. We will happily be booking future boarding sessions with Christina when we are out of town again!

Sam cared for Tonks like she was part of their family. Communication was clear and kind, and we picked up a happy pup at the end of their time together. We definitely would recommend Sam to other pet owners, and would utilize her services again!

Lindsay was awesome watching our pup on fairly short notice when our original plans fell through. It is obvious she’s experienced with all kinds of dogs and that she genuinely cares about the dog’s experience. She sent great updates and pictures throughout the weekend and was super friendly and flexible with drop-off/pick-up. Our Rosie is very attached to us and it was our first time using Rover for boarding, but she came home happy, exhausted, and almost didn’t want to get into the car. We will definitely book with Lindsay again.

Colleen is the best!! She took care of our border collie while we were away on vacation for 2 weeks. During that time, she sent us daily updates as well as pictures. She made us feel so comfortable knowing that our pup was in good hands with someone who loved and cared for her and gave them lots of personal attention. Her home is awesome with great access to the outdoors and Dory her dog was such great fun. I could tell when I went to pick up my pup that she didn’t want to go home because she was having a fabulous time with Colleen and Dory. I think my dog had a better vacation than her humans. I would not hesitate to recommend Colleen to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pup while they’re away.

Deborah took great care of Haley! She kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which was incredibly reassuring. Her fenced-in yard made me feel that Haley was safe and secure during her stay. Thank you,Deborah, for taking such wonderful care of Haley!

Rose was absolutely great to work with. She was very helpful, welcoming, flexible, and would provide daily photos or videos of my pups. I knew they were in good hands and they had a great yard to run around in with some friends to play with in the meantime! Highly recommend her!

Breanna took the best care of our two pups and provided updates with photos throughout their stay! I was so worried about having to ask her to give one of our pups eye medication but she reassured that it was not a problem. Our pups are older and wear diapers, and she took care of them as if they were her own! To top off, she had everything organized and clean when we came to pick them up! I can’t thank her enough for being so caring, and reassuring us throughout their stay, and I am so grateful to have found someone I can truly trust with our pups!

Our dog has spent one 2-hour visit and one 2-night stay with Jordan. She has been responsive to us and attentive to our dog's needs. Our dog returned to us content and pleasantly tired, not completely spent from overstimulation and hoarse from constant barking with inadequate coaching/management. We (dog an humans) look forward to more visits with Jordan!

We had a great experience having our dog stay with Elizabeth. She was very prompt in replying and coordinating details, and I received updates through the weekend. Elizabeth was also helpful in making sure I knew what to bring with me, and making sure that she learned everything about our dog that she needed to take good care of her.

Nathan and his family took care of my golden retriever for almost a month while I was traveling. Sophia (my dog) had the best time with their family! They were so kind to regularly send pictures and updates. I will definitely be using Nathan again!

Our dog Keesha seemed well taken care of when we picked her up from her stay with Pat. Pat was kind enough to send us daily photos and videos of Keesha and also gave us some helpful training tips when her stay was through. We also really appreciate that she was able to take in our dog at the last minute.

Caroline & Kurt took good care of our little maltipoo, "Cayman." We really appreciated the photographs of Cayman they sent while we were traveling. Probably the best indicator of how Cayman was treated is when I picked her up she was excited and not subdued, depressed, or angry. Aparrently, she liked her stay with Caroline. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Caroline.

Alyx took great care of my dog! She kept me updated and took him on walks. She also sent lots of pictures and responds quickly. Accommodating with pick up/drop off times. Will definitely board with Alyx again!

Tayna and her family were incredible hosts! Seth had not stayed with small children and planned a meet and greet which went very well. Seth was well cared for and lived seeing the photos of the girls interacting with Seth and making sure he got all the cuddles he could get. Tanya was very accomodating when we needed to change our plans and arrive a little earlier. I would recommend Tanya to anyone looking for a sweet family with lots of space for playing and exploration and would book with her again.
