Doggy Day Care in Ellsworth

Our dog Sky had a great visit with Debbie and her pack while we toured the areas of Acadia National Park that aren’t dog friendly. She was excited every day when I told her she was going to see her friends, and each morning pranced away wagging her tail as Debbie talked to her. Our dog normally doesn’t like separation but with Debbie she had no problems. We noticed after her time with Debbie that Sky behaved better on walks and around other dogs. We cannot recommend Debbie’s care enough!

My dog did not like the long trip to Bar Harbor but when Karen took him for that week of day care, he did not want to come home, when she would pick him up in the morning he would be all excited and in the evenings with us just stare at the door. She was great with him, I was happy because I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was having a good time too.

Polly was very communicative throughout the day. We received photos and updates about Milo and how much fun he was having with her four dogs. She was wonderful and because of her pups, Milo came home super tired! We ended up being able to pick Milo up early and she was flexible and understanding. We will definitely be using Polly again when we need someone to watch our rambunctious pup!

Kirk was great! It was our first time using Rover and he made it so easy. Our dog had a great time spending the day playing while we skied. We’ll definitely use him again when we’re in the area.

Fenced yard and air conditioned indoor space. Jessica is responsive and gentle with animals.

Danielle is amazing with my French bulldog, Bert! She is dependable, communicative, and treats him like her own. I always get great photo updates, and Bert is clearly so happy and relaxed in her care. I feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such good hands. Highly recommend! She even puts up with his farts..French Bulldog owners IFYKYK 🤣

Joseph and his wife were very very kind to our puppy! They kept us updated during the day with pictures, videos and text messages. We were able to comfortably leave our new puppy with them and not worry!

Shmerl had a very natural, laid-back attitude about taking care of dogs that worked very well for our puppy. Her house was very dog friendly, with lots of room indoors for play or rest, and a nice yard to explore as well. She provided lots of chew toys/bones for the dogs. She updated us with many pictures and videos.

I couldn’t have asked for better care for my pup! Justin and Eva were so attentive, communicative, and truly treated my dog like family. I got daily updates with pictures and messages, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. My dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly loved. They went above and beyond with walks, playtime, and even little extras I didn’t expect. I’ll absolutely book with them again – they’re a true gem on Rover!

Nicole has been a wonderful sitter for my pup Hazel! I appreciate her flexibility and communication. Planning on many more doggy day care days in the future. Definitely recommend.
