Craig & Chelsea were extremely thorough in their care for our kitty over the four days we were gone. They went through all the details of the care instructions we left for them and made sure they knew what we expected. Everything was done expertly and we had complete confidence our kitty was being well taken care of. Craig was easy to talk to during our meet and greet session and gave long, thorough descriptions of each drop-in visit. He always included many pictures of our kitty at each visit. We enjoyed reading the updates and viewing the pictures. Thank you again Craig! If we need another pet sitter, we will be sure to book Craig and Chelsea again!

Tova is great! was very sensitive with my girls, seemed to be relaxed. I really like Tova. and could tell Willow did as well. My other cat Rainbow is still getting over being separated from me she thinks it will happen again. Think Tova spending this time with Tova has softened her up a little. Maricela has been great with Jack! She was very attentive and sweet to Jack and I was happy to see great photos she posted and timely messages.

Rover connected me with Kelsey for a pair of Drop-In visits for my two Australian Shepherds. The professionalism and level of care was truly remarkable. Kelsey reached out to me prior to the visits to discuss arrangements and took notes on each dog as well as the arrangements. She texted updates throughout each drop-in and shared videos of the dogs. Needless to say, I was very impressed with her 5-Star service!
