She was communicative, responded quickly to any concerns, and left detailed notes about our cats, which we very much appreciated. Kelly was great and we would definitely have her care for the pups again. We had peace by of mind that they had a decent break in the middle of a long day alone. She was willing to come to meet us and the pups the day before and we enjoyed hearing about her.
