Jennifer took my asthmatic cat in sort of last minute with no issues. They sent me lots of updates to reassure me everything was okay because I hadn't been away from him in a very long time. Our dogs told us they enjoyed their stay with Nikki and that if felt like a vacation for them as well. Nikki has her own dogs and also some doggy-daycare visitors so that seemed to be a nice dog-social environment. She does a really good job of providing daily (sometimes more) videos to keep you connected while away.
