Craig & Chelsea were extremely thorough in their care for our kitty over the four days we were gone. They went through all the details of the care instructions we left for them and made sure they knew what we expected. Everything was done expertly and we had complete confidence our kitty was being well taken care of. Craig was easy to talk to during our meet and greet session and gave long, thorough descriptions of each drop-in visit. He always included many pictures of our kitty at each visit. We enjoyed reading the updates and viewing the pictures. Thank you again Craig! If we need another pet sitter, we will be sure to book Craig and Chelsea again!

Kathryn did a great job caring for our cats (16 and 3 years old). Our senior cat, who is the biggest scaredy cat ever, actually made a showing (remarkable it itself) and sniffed Kathryn, which says a lot about her and her approach. She played with the young one and sent sweet pictures of both. We will definitely call on Kathryn, again.

Tova is great! was very sensitive with my girls, seemed to be relaxed. I really like Tova. and could tell Willow did as well. My other cat Rainbow is still getting over being separated from me she thinks it will happen again. Think Tova spending this time with Tova has softened her up a little. Maricela was a wonderful sitter for my two cats! I felt comfortable and confident going away for a trip knowing that she would be looking after them. Rover connected me with Kelsey for a pair of Drop-In visits for my two Australian Shepherds. The professionalism and level of care was truly remarkable. Kelsey reached out to me prior to the visits to discuss arrangements and took notes on each dog as well as the arrangements. She texted updates throughout each drop-in and shared videos of the dogs. Needless to say, I was very impressed with her 5-Star service!
