Dog Boarding in Springvale

Victoria was great! She took great care of our two boys, one of which is a bit of a hassle and needs medication. She was able to handle them along with other dogs that came and went while they stayed with her. Would absolutely use her again. Thank you!!

Our Loca girl loves Ms. Heidi and her family. It’s a home away from home each time Loca is there. Thank you, as always, for treating our Loca like your own.

Our dog Targhee had a great stay at Diana’s home. He received plenty of exercise, attention and playtime with their dog! He will be excited to come back soon.

Austin, Francis and their kids were incredible! They asked so many questions when we dropped them off. They told us whatever they normally do at home (be on the furniture, sleep in the bed), they would also let them do. They sent pictures throughout the weekend, and all the pups were happy and tired when we picked them up. We will definitely be using them again if needed!

We are so grateful to Janice for watching our furr baby. We knew right away Janice was going to be a good fit for taking care of our Pheebs. She kept us posted throughout the day with pictures and commentary with how the day was going. We will definitely be looking to have Janice watch her again. Thank you, Janice!

This was 3year old Lilly’s first away from home boarding. Happy to say that she did very well at Jeanne’s. Nice outdoor fenced play area and ample designated indoor area for the dogs to hang out. It was nice to get the daily updates and pictures. We would definitely board Lilly again with Jeanne!

Kelly took fantastic care of my dog Rosie in every way. Her warmth and welcoming nature made Rosie feel right at home. Kelly is a great and prompt communicator- texting photos and updates regularly. She also was very generous and flexible with my last minute booking as well as drop off and pick up times. Couldn’t have been happier and would highly recommend Kelly!

Juno has the absolute best time during stays here with Milo! I receive regular updates, photos and communication—just the right amount. Hillary and Tom are very thoughtful, patient, and attentive as sitters. Grateful to have a place Juno loves and is loved on during visits!

Amanda and her family did a great job taking care of Fido. He loved being outside with her children. I appreciate the updates and photos Amanda sent us. We felt very comfortable and confident that we could enjoy our vacation while Fido was in her care.

Nicholas has been a gift sent straight from the North Paw! He took care of Sully over Christmas and treated him like one of Santa's own reindogs including daily pictures of our pup enjoying his howl-iday retreat! The only thing more impressive than Nicholas' dedication is his genuine love for dogs. Thank you St Nick :)

Wyatt was a terrific help to me when I had to board my corgi mix Gemma for a short stay. Kind, attentive, and great communication. Gemma was very happy there and we plan to use Wyatt's help again in the future.

Ashley is great at communicating as well as provides great information regarding tips for training! Opal had a blast socializing with other puppies while at Ashley’s for Day care.

It was our first time using a dogsitter and Briana kept us as worry-free as possible, and seemed to keep our rambunctious beagle happy and occupied (a huge feat). Glad we found her.

Michelle was awesome! Maple had great time at her beach house. Her home was very peaceful and clean. She sent me pictures and updated me frequently about how Maple was doing. Looking forward to book again with her.

Gabrielle kept our confident working line German Shepherd and our shy Border Collie mix over a long weekend. Communication was great from beginning to end. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs. Gabrielle followed instructions, allowed us before the actual stay to see house and yard and overall is just really letting dogs be part of her family during their stay which makes all the difference compared to a boarding facility. We highly recommend Gabrielle and hope she has availability next time to keep our four legged family members.

Katie was fantastic. My dogs came back happy and in one piece which is all I could have asked for. She was also able to work with me on unexpected flight complications, which was above and beyond. This is my first time using Rover and Katie made it an excellent experience. I can't thank her enough!!

Denny had such a great time! Noreen is amazing and took such exceptional care of him! He can’t wait to see her again!

Ashley was amazing with my 15 year old puggle Roxie. She sent me messages telling me about funny things Roxie would do, how she was acting along with pictures. We were blown away-our old girl was so comfortable at Ashley’s and got along well with her Bailey. The way that Ashley was telling us about Roxie’s stay, you can tell she really understands dogs and why they act the way they act and what they are feeling. She gets to know them, their personalities & quirks. She genuinely loves dogs and treats each one like they are her own. The peace of mind this gave us during our trip was such a blessing. I am grateful to have found a place to send Roxie to that feels like I’m giving her a vacation. Thank you so much Ashley!!!

Jaclyn and her family were amazing. We traveled from out of state for a wedding but didn't want to leave our dog in the cottage while we were out for the wedding. Jaclyn was open to taking her for a 24 hour period, and even agreed to a meet and greet ahead of time as Bailey is a rescue and can be a bit anxious in new situations. After we dropped Bailey off for her stay, Jaclyn assessed her anxiety and made sure the accommodations were appropriate. She kept us up to date with pictures, videos, and texts, and when we picked Bailey up she was happy and tired! She connected really well with Jaclyn. We HIGHLY recommend Jaclyn and will use her again in the future when we're in town.

Faith took excellent care of Tilly while we went out of town for awhile. She is very communicative and very sweet to Tilly overall. They clearly developed a bond right away. This was our first time leaving our pandemic dog for such a long time and it went very very smoothly. We will definitely ask Faith to watch Tilly again next time we’re looking for some help.
