Dog Boarding in Wells

Jeanne took excellent care of our Golden Retriever, Tess! Sent pictures frequently. This was Tess’ first time away from us since the beginning of the pandemic, and while she was a little nervous at first, she did fine! Will use Jeanne again soon!

Lucy had a great time with Peter. We had constant updates and pictures while we were away. What a relief to know our little pooch was in gentle capable hands. Highly recommend Peter as a dog sitter.

Nicholas is absolutely a five star! He accepted my two dogs on a last minute reservation request and gave the best care. He sent so many updates/pictures and I’ve never seen my dogs so relaxed with a sitter, especially my senior dog of 13yrs. She can be a little nervous of new situations since she has gotten older and the first picture he sent I could tell she felt safe. And he took extra care to make sure my English bulldog didn’t overheat with her overzealous playing. I absolutely will be booking with Nicholas again. It feels good to have found a trustworthy and safe place for my dogs. They really enjoyed staying with him.

Jaclyn was a great pet sitter! She was easy to work with and sent pictures of Buddy during his stay. I felt confident that he was being well taken care of!

I am so relieved when Brandy is with Janice. I never have to worry and I know she's spoiled. She comes home happy and content.

Khaila was so easy to work with. Khaila made Max feel comfortable right away at their meet and greet. When I brought Max over for boarding he was very comfortable. Khaila gave me updates, and pics during are time away. I would highly recommend Khaila for any of your boarding needs.

Our 4 month old Yorkie had not yet spent more than just a few hours away from us and she felt right at home with Amanda and her family! Amanda’ s communication, attention, patience and willingness to be flexible with puppy needs exceeded our expectations. Moto can’t wait for her next visit! :)

My dog was very well cared for! Got plenty of outside time and seems very clean and happy. Drop off and pick up was really easy and they were so kind when my flight was delayed - would definitely book again. Thank you so much!

This fabulous family boarded our spirited standard poodle for four weeks. They sent pictures on regular basis and it looked like she was having the time of her life. Their home is in the country and the dog had lots of room to move around. They even sent Sammy home with home baked dog cookies! The family was very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend this family for any dog sitting needs.

Our puppy really loved Michelle, and we can tell she took great care of him and takes this responsibility seriously. We will ask her to babysit again!

We are very pleased that we found Ashley through Rover. She was very flexible with setting up a time to bring Ella to evaluate how she'd behave. Ashley updated us on Ella during her stay. And Ella, obviously enjoyed herself immensely as she dozed off on the way home.

Kyle and Kaleigh made the whole experience of finding a dog sitter aeamless and easy. I booked them at the last minute to watch my two fur babies and they were very responsive and communicative. Drop off and pick up were both a breeze, I received photos, and information on how the visit was going. They were very amenable to all of my requests (about where the dogs would sleep, etc) and were open to hearing detailed information about the dogs before hand. I will definitely use Kyle and Kayleigh again!

Carmen was a lifesaver for our little girl. Bride had just lost her brother and then we needed to be away for a long trip — 20 days, including Christmas and New Year's. We didn't think we would find anyone with a big enough heart to help our dog through it, but Carmen and her family opened up their home and their hearts and it all worked out wonderfully. Bride celebrated her first Christmas! It's not easy to take on an older dog, especially one going through emotional upheaval, but all Bride needed was a home and some love. Thank you, Carmen. Highly recommend this sitter!

Katie was fantastic and took such great care of our boxer puppy, Frankie. She sent updates and pictures to me daily; and when she noticed a change in his behavior, she contacted me straight away and asked if I wanted her to schedule an appointment with our vet. She not only scheduled it, but she took him to his appointment and waited for us to arrive from the airport. Katie continued to follow-up and asked how Frankie was doing. Turns out, he has Hypertrophic Osteodysteophy (HOD). Her quick action potentially saved his life due to a high fever, plus he was in a lot of pain. Katie truly cares about animals and is very knowledgeable about different illnesses and treatments. We highly recommend Katie to take care of your furry friends and trust her to care for Frankie again!

Louise has the best time at Elisabeth’s. Every photo and video Lou looks so happy and cared for running around with the gang. Elisabeth totally saved the day when our travels were delayed due to weather. Highly recommend!

Our pup Rocco stayed with Ashley for a weekend and it seems like he had a blast from the pictures Ashley kept sending us. She gave us daily updates on how he was doing and their activities accompanied with some cute pictures. She was so attentive and kept us in the loop throughout the weekend and was so accommodating to a change in reservation request we had made. She made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. We are so grateful for Ashley and her pup Bailey with whom Rocco hung out with all weekend. Whenever we go up to Maine again and need someone to take care of Rocco, we look forward to having it be Ashley! She’s awesome and Bailey is just the cutest dude! ?
