Dog Boarding in Wells

Our pup stayed with Jeanne for two weeks while we were away on our honeymoon. We could not be happier with Jeanne! She sent us photos of Scully, and we could see that Scully was happy, having lots of fun, and being cared for very well. We loved the fact that Jeanne has an enormous property for Scully to run around and play with other dogs. We'll be using Jeanne again! Thank you!

Nicholas is absolutely a five star! He accepted my two dogs on a last minute reservation request and gave the best care. He sent so many updates/pictures and I’ve never seen my dogs so relaxed with a sitter, especially my senior dog of 13yrs. She can be a little nervous of new situations since she has gotten older and the first picture he sent I could tell she felt safe. And he took extra care to make sure my English bulldog didn’t overheat with her overzealous playing. I absolutely will be booking with Nicholas again. It feels good to have found a trustworthy and safe place for my dogs. They really enjoyed staying with him.

Sylvia was amazing. Her house is set up specifically for taking care of pets. There are water bowls at all heights, extra beds, toys, and covers on the furniture so your furry babies can feel right at home. She took care of my dog and my cat and met all their needs and then some. I got loads of pictures and updates on what was happening during the day. Next time I'm on the coast, Sylvia will be my go-to sitter.

We are so grateful to Janice for watching our furr baby. We knew right away Janice was going to be a good fit for taking care of our Pheebs. She kept us posted throughout the day with pictures and commentary with how the day was going. We will definitely be looking to have Janice watch her again. Thank you, Janice!

Wonderful and caring dog sitters, very communicative and thoughtful. Went above and beyond making sure my sometimes nervous dog had a great week away from home. They made him part of their family, and we were comfortable and worry free for our whole vacation. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby!

Wyatt was a perfect fit for our anxious little guy. We have had a tough time finding the right fit for one of our dogs who is anxious about a lot of things and doesn't do well with most people. Wyatt was so accommodating and understanding for what our dog needed. Our little guy ended up having a great time and attaching to Wyatt which was such a relief for us while we traveled. He communicated and sent photos more than expected.

Our 4 month old Yorkie had not yet spent more than just a few hours away from us and she felt right at home with Amanda and her family! Amanda’ s communication, attention, patience and willingness to be flexible with puppy needs exceeded our expectations. Moto can’t wait for her next visit! :)

I felt so comfortable leaving Betty with Michelle. She sent pictures and updates and let Betty snuggle with her. They even survived a day and a half power outage due to storm!

Mary and her husband took wonderful care of Bella! I received daily updates along with plenty of adorable photos during her stay. Bella came back home a very happy pup!

Fath was amazing and a perfect match for my special needs GSD rescue. My Sammy has severe separation anxiety, which gives him diarrhea and causes vomiting. After explaining this to Faith she was willing to accept the challenge. This meant a lot to me, as I was coming from Pennsylvania. I needed someone special, as I had to feel confident and relaxed while I got a 5-hour tattoo. Faith and her family exceeded my expectations. She was constantly sending me pics and updates, that I was able to see and read every hour, during the 10-minute brakes. They gave him constant love and compassion that he needed while I was away. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again for accepting the challenge and exceeding all expectations! Jim

Carmen is great! Communicative, reliable, friendly, and our dogs really like her. Our dogs are picky eaters, they often don’t eat much with sitters, but with Carmen they are as much as they do at home. We’ll be happy to book Carmen again!

Otto loved his stay with Chelsea! He got to do his favorite thing in the world: go to the beach. And he made many new friends. Thank you, Chelsea!

Steven was very accomodating and kind. He has a natural connection with cats. I could see my cat felt comfortable around him during her time spent in his home.

Kane and Colette and their two daughters are so nice! Wally had a great time at their house and was well taken care of. I recommend them with lots of positivity.

Sophie was WONDERFUL with our aging ‘puppy’! We were worried more for her than our dog as Zoey can be a bit restless. Sophie took her for long walks in the woods and made her feel at home and well loved. Our dog came home happy and without stress. Couldn’t have asked for better care! Thank you, Sophie!

My pup Kodak spent a wonderful few days with Whitney and if given the choice, I think he would have opted to stay a little longer :D ! He got to snuggle with her and her housemates not only on the couch but also on the bed, and was given plenty of hugs, walks, and playtime. Whitney responded quickly to all messages, and sent text and photo updates throughout Kodak's stay. An 5-star experience from start to end, I would not hesitate for an instant to board my dog with her again.

Trisha watched my dog Benny over a long weekend just a few weeks ago. This was my first time using rover.com and I was pleased with both the services provided by the website as well as Trisha and Dan's care of my dog Benny. She responded to all of my messages extremely promptly and was very easy to set up a meet-n-greet between our two pups at her place before scheduling the booking. She checked in with me the day before we were scheduled to drop Benny off to verify his drop-off time and was incredibly flexible with us on pickup time given it was a Monday morning. She offered to wait for us so we could pickup Benny on our way home from the airport even though it mean't she would be getting in to her work a little late. I also really appreciated getting daily photos from her which only validated that Benny was doing just fine. Though we had done the quick meet-n-greet, I was nervous about leaving Benny unattended during the work day with their dog Stout (you just never know how two dogs will do with one another since they hadn't spend THAT much time together...). Well, I'm happy to report that they did just fine. Stout is an adorable and very laid back dog who I am sure would get along with most any dog. We will definitely be using Trisha and Dan's services again in the future!
