Jennifer is wonderful. She showed up when she said she would and took several pictures of her visit with my 3 cats. Definitely will hire her again.

Margaret was great with communicating. She loved on and and played with my babies and sent a ton of pictures! I loved seeing the pictures while I was away.

Stephanie was incredibly responsive and reliable caring for our two cats while we were away. One of our cats needs daily medications and Stephanie handled this with ease. She kept their litter clean and refilled waters frequently. She went above and beyond to help us with a favor prior to our return. We are so grateful to Stephanie for her help and would recommend her strongly to anyone needing pet care.

Kelly is the best!! She has watched our boys a few times now and I know they are in good hands. She goes above and beyond and you can tell she truly cares about your pets.

If I could give Elise 10 stars, I would! She has taken care of my two cats daily for over 6 weeks as I have been recovering from surgery. She is an excellent communicator, extremely reliable and trustworthy and has gone way above and beyond for my boys (and me!) my boys eagerly awaited their visits and adore Elise. She is the BEST!

Natasha was wonderful! She took great care of our two cats, sent lots of pictures, and went out of her way for us. We’ll definitely use her again in the future.

Kierstin was great with multiple cats, handling both pilling a reluctant cat & applying a topical medication. She brought in oackages, and when the sink wouldn’t shut off, she found the water shut-off valve, which I think was really above & beyond. I would definitely request her assistance again! Personally, she is charming & poised. I highly recommend Kierstin!

Ally has been an absolute blessing. My original sitter had a scheduling conflict for about a week and I was fortunate Ally was available to fill in. I'd actually considered her to be the original sitter but the only reason I didn't was because I managed to find a sitter who was in the same apartment complex as me, which gave me peace of mind in case my pet had any emergencies. The initial meet and greet went very smoothly. She brought a notebook and I felt like a professor as she took notes while I explained the care duties. She was diligent with her questions and, during the visits, I never found myself having to repeat any of the instructions I'd given. My cat (who took almost a year to warm up to me) warmed up to her within minutes, which totally didn't make me jealous. It's always a plus when your pet gives you the greenlight. I chose the 60-min visit option and I know it can get repetitive and boring doing the same things every visit but she showed absolutely no signs of an "I'm just here for a paycheck" attitude. Her Rover cards always contained detailed descriptions of my cat's eating and bathroom habits, as well as his general demeanor and what they both did during the visits. And the pictures wouldn't just be the same pose shot from different angles either. All in all, she took care of my boy as if he were her own, which is honestly all I'd hoped for. As she's only a block away from me, she's definitely my first choice if I ever need a sitter again.

Nicole is awesome. I was so worried to leave my two cats for the first time. I left for three days and couldn’t trust my friends so I tried Rover for the first time, and Nicole gave the best first impression. After I saw the quality of her first check-in, I felt stress free the rest of my trip. Each check-in was thorough—she sent tons of photos, videos, played with the cats, fed them their wet food for dinner, dry food bowl along with water was always full for them, she even cleaned out the litter box and took the waste to the dumpster. The cats loved her from the moment they met her. I would 100% recommend Nicole. Trustworthy and caring person. I hope she’s available next time I need to use Rover.

Jean did a great job taking care of Choco. She carefully followed our instructions and Choco warmed up to her throughout our time away. We recommend Jean 100%!

Elise was great! She always took photos of my cat when I was away & answered any of my questions. This was my first time away for longer than a few days. I would recommend hiring Elise if you need a pet sitter!
