Great at giving updates, and my cat was very well taken care of!

Was very timely to respond and did a great job communicating before and during visit! Sent pictures and great details on how it all went and puppers was very happy!

This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous at first, but Lauren completely put me at ease. She was so sweet and personable during the meet and greet, and my dog Henry loved her right away, which meant so much to me. While I was out of town for a week, Lauren was always on time for every drop-in visit, and her detailed notes and pictures truly made my day and gave me peace of mind. She took wonderful care of Henry and even went above and beyond by cleaning up when he had an accident in the house. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Lauren and would love to book her again in the future. I can’t thank her enough!

Heather and Robert are a great team. They are responsive, reliable, and love dogs. They have mastered my 2 mini dachshunds personalities and tailor their care based on what works best for each dog. I highly recommend them and will be using them on a regular basis.

Jenna was wonderful! Although we had our sons taking turns staying with them at night, Jenn was ther to take them on mid-day walks and feed them.She took such good care of our 2 older Morkies on their walks and I It was so reassuring to know they were getting such good care while we were gone. Lizzi was so great with our high maintenance girl. She’s very VERY skittish of new people but Lizzi didn’t push her at all and gave her all the patience and kindness. I could not recommend her enough!!!

I had no idea how my 9 month old fireball tabby and my senior calico cat would react to a stranger while I was out of town, but they did great! Kendall played with the tabby and she loved it, according to the pictures. Kitty has so much energy and she got to play with her favorite toys as well as a laser, which she goes bonkers for. I was afraid the calico would be terrified and hide instead of coming out to eat, but she was comfortable enough to eat at every visit and seemed very relaxed when I came home. Kendall was very polite and friendly, and asked all the right questions. She sent good pictures and video and did a good job communicating. Would definitely recommend!
