Andrew is awesome- do not hesitate to hire him! This was my first experience with Rover, and Andrew made sure everything went smoothly. It was so nice to be able to leave my cat in her own space while I was out of town, and although she can be skittish around new people, Andrew won her over, and I could tell she was well taken care of. Dawn took excellent care of my senior dog while I was away! She came to my home to do drop in visits. I will use her again in the future and recommend her to anyone with a fur baby!

Eric was great! He took all 3 dogs out individually, took nice photos, and made sure they had water. He was awesome with communication as well - very quick responses.

Jennifer was very professional. She showed up right on time for the meet & greet with Cinco, brought a notebook, took notes on instructions and was very attentive of our sweet fur baby from the very start. She squatted down to greet Cinco at her level so the dog would not feel at all threatened and, clearly, understanding the correct way to approach a pet. She exuded a warm & caring personality. Though the booking with her was short (with just a few visits) and didn't really allow for Cinco to get entirely warmed-up to her, Jennifer was very forthcoming in sharing Cinco's continued tentativeness over the 3 drop-in visits. We certainly appreciate that Jennifer gave us an honest assessment of how she felt Cinco responded vs. telling us that all went off perfectly. This tells us that Jennifer is someone we can certainly trust with our pet and I would definitely book her again and recommend her to others as well.
