Nikko can be a little reactive to people at first but Kristin was just a professional at meeting him for the first time. I love the fact that she check in and out each visit and kept me updated about her visits and walks. Nikko and Kopper got along with her just perfect and that gives me a huge peace of mind! She makes sure the one who needs it gets his meds, lets us know if sitting is amiss about the house or the cats, and the cats absolutely LOVE her.
