Kelly and Taylor did such a great job checking in on Mimi our cat. There was some hiccups on my end and Kelly & Taylor were SO friendly and understanding. Absolutely reaching out next time we need a sitter and would recommend to anyone in the future

This was our first experience with Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. It's easy to say that Colleen set the bar very high! She was very communicative, which we really appreciated, and seemed to have a genuine care for our cats. When one of them had a slight health issue, she offered to take it to the vet for us which didn't end up being necessary after all. Any apprehension to using Rover is now behind us and we know that we can confidently go on vacation in the future knowing that Colleen will take great care of our pets. Great job Colleen!

Taylor was great! One of our cats had meds she needed and Taylor had no problem with it. Same cat also is very shy and she came right out for taylor

Marissa was amazing! We received pictures with every visit and details of how our 3 pets were doing! Truly gave us piece of mind while we were gone!

Brooke was amazing with Rae! She played with her the whole time and gave detailed updates which made me feel better about leaving her at home. Will for sure use her again.

Karen sent us daily pictures of Max and kept us up to date. Karen dropped in one time per day to check on Max and make sure he was ok. Scooped litter boxes, and made sure he had food and water, and gave him some attention.

Jeremy was great! He and his wife set up a meet and greet before which made us very comfortable leaving Norman in their hands. He was very punctual, his pup-updates were most appreciated, and Norman was tired out at the end of the day. We will definitely use his services again!!

Missy is the best! Our boys love her visits. She always stays in touch and sends photos so we can see how they’re doing! Highly recommended! 🙌🏻

Sarah has a wonderful way with our dogs. You can tell her genuine care and love for Honey and Piper. We really appreciate her availability as well.
