Andrew is awesome- do not hesitate to hire him! This was my first experience with Rover, and Andrew made sure everything went smoothly. It was so nice to be able to leave my cat in her own space while I was out of town, and although she can be skittish around new people, Andrew won her over, and I could tell she was well taken care of. This is the first time using Ashley to watch our dog Otto and she was terrific. She came over when she was scheduled and took him for a walk both times, fed and played with him. We are happy to have found her.

Jennifer was very professional. She showed up right on time for the meet & greet with Cinco, brought a notebook, took notes on instructions and was very attentive of our sweet fur baby from the very start. She squatted down to greet Cinco at her level so the dog would not feel at all threatened and, clearly, understanding the correct way to approach a pet. She exuded a warm & caring personality. Though the booking with her was short (with just a few visits) and didn't really allow for Cinco to get entirely warmed-up to her, Jennifer was very forthcoming in sharing Cinco's continued tentativeness over the 3 drop-in visits. We certainly appreciate that Jennifer gave us an honest assessment of how she felt Cinco responded vs. telling us that all went off perfectly. This tells us that Jennifer is someone we can certainly trust with our pet and I would definitely book her again and recommend her to others as well.

Jordan was wonderful! She provided a very safe environment for my kitty while I was away. My kitty was safe along with me having peace of mind that she was in good hands! Jordan provided an update every day with no issues! Thank you so so much! I would absolutely recommend 🙂
