Courtney was great and we will be definitely using her again when we go out of town. She sent great pictures and updates while we were gone so I knew my kitties were okay. Shelby was amazing! This was our first time using rover and it was definitely a great first experience. Moving from a different state and not having any close family to take care of our cats for us while on vacation was stressful at first but after Shelby’s first visit I could tell our cats were gonna be in great hands. She even went out of her way to replace our liter scooper when ours broke half way thru our vacation! We can thank you enough again for such amazing care!! ?
Lauren took great care of our kitties for us while we were away. Each day she provided updates and pictures of the cats. It was such a relief to know they were well taken care of while we were away!
