Leaving a review once again before Scott's last visit and before I even go home because the amount of trust that I have in Scott has been easily earned! Scott this time around had to assist in one cat out of three who was really sick and often leaving messes. Scott communicated each visit what was happening and made sure to reassure me each time that everything will be cleaned up to the best of his ability and how that kitty was doing. He definitely had his fair share of craziness this time around, but he remained so positive and kind. He treated my family like his own. I have booked with Scott a few times now and have never been disappointed. He is the best you can get around here! I will definitely be booking again.

Madalyne did 2 drop in visits for my 3 kitties. Before the visits she came and did a meet and greet so that I could introduce her to them and show them where their favorite treats and toys are. She showed up on time and was very nice and the cats warmed up to her right away. I would def have her back to sit for my kitties again!

Taylor did a great job for us! We will use her again if we come back to Detroit.

Erin did such an amazing job with my nervous husky Barrett! He loves her so much!! Erin is so great at what she does truly listens and gives me the sweetest updates. I love the pictures and seeing my Barrett so happy in her care warms my heart. I’ll only let Erin watch Barrett for now on. I highly recommend Erin to anyone!! 🥰

Nicholas is great! Killian loves having him drop in and watch him. I will not hesitate to have him watch Killian again.

Aixa went above and beyond to make sure my pup Watney was well taken care of! She was very thoughtful about making his stay-cation both comfortable around the house and exciting and engaging with play time! Aixa also sent plenty of cute/funny pictures and videos that let this dog Dad know his boy was safe. Thanks for the great work!

Very kind, very responsive! She came last minute for 3 dogs that needed to be let out. None of the dogs are aggressive but they are a bit skittish around new people. She handled it with grace and poise! She even sent me photos of the dogs and you could see they seemed to like her!

Lauren was absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable, kind, and was so awesome with my cat. 100% would booking again in the future.

Paulette took really good care of our cat. Our cat is old and takes several medications. Paulette took immense care in ensuring all the instructions are followed for our cat and all her meds are being taken on time. She is very caring and pays attention to individual quirks of pets she is taking care of. She is very communicative and responds timely to our texts and calls. She loves animals and it shows in her work. I highly recommend her!

Rebecca was wonderful sending updates on Dolly and keeping in contact with additional communication. She even left Dolly a little toys and treat in a sweet little bag as a thank you gift! Such a thoughtful and sweet sitter.

This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Lydia was very punctual for both drop-ins, and communicated how our dog was doing, including pictures during her visits. We felt very comfortable that our dog was in good hands while we were away. We would love to work with Lydia again in the future and highly recommend her to others.
