Cat Sitting in Frenchtown Charter

Stephanie is someone I trust who does all she knows in an effort to engraciate herself with Shorty. (Shorty is a formerly feral cat who adopted me two years ago.) This was our first time usung Rover, and are definitely impressed. Ashley was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her care. From the moment we returned home, it was clear our cat felt comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Ashley took the time to interact with her, respected her personality, and made sure she felt safe and loved while we were away. Ashley heeded my suggestions of ways to interact with our cat and the two of them are now bff's! Ashley was even willing to check our mail while we were away. She gave daily summaries of her visits with our cat as well as multiple pictures. Communication was great, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing our cat was in such kind, capable hands. We would happily book Ashley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.

Jenine was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process of caring for our 3 cats. This was our first time using Rover and she made us feel extremely comfortable to do so. I received detailed reports from each visit as well as multiple pictures and she followed our instructions carefully. We have one kitty who is extremely scared of strangers and I could tell from the pictures/reports that Jenine was being gentle and patient with him. I have a really hard time leaving my cats for any period of time so it was really helpful to know that they were being so well taken care of. We would definitely use Jenine again!!
