Dog Boarding in Genesee

From the moment we contacted Andrew to see if he would be able to host our pups, to picking them up, communication was great. We so appreciated all the pics they sent, especially the Christmas theme in cute sweaters. Definitely plan to use them again when we go back up north!

She’s amazing! Took such good care of my big boy, kept me in the loop the entire time and was great with pictures and videos! Will definitely be using her again.

Diane took excellent care of Josie and Maximus while we were away on our 6 year anniversary cruise. We began with a meet-and-greet at her home, which was very clean and featured a spacious, fully fenced yard, immediately putting us at ease. Throughout our trip, I texted Diane every morning, and she always responded promptly with updates and photos. This meant so much to us, especially since it was Maximus’s first time being away from home. Her consistent communication truly made us feel comfortable and reassured the entire time we were away. I really appreciated Diane’s politeness and professionalism, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We would absolutely rebook with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care.

Penny felt at home the second she met Greta. Greta was flexible with our last minute request and excited to meet Penny early in the morning. We cannot wait to use Greta on our next trip!

This is the first time we have left Tanner. Marty and her family put us at ease over leaving him. He had a great time with her two little girls and with Marty and her husband. They were great following the instructions that we left. We are so pleased they have agreed to watch him again in the future. We are looking forward to having them as our first choice for a sitter. Paula was so kind to my puppy while I was out of state. She treated her like she was one of her own dogs, and even gave her a Christmas gift as I was away for the holiday! Paula went above and beyond to take care of my dog and I would gladly have her watch Pichu again.

Jes and her family were beyond words could describe but I’m going to try: extremely communicative, kind, playful, loving, caring. They treated Milo like their own and extended the same care in updating us on all the fun they were all having. I HIGHLY recommend her!!! Simply the best!

Highly recommend Jolynn’s services! We had an out of state trip with short notice and even with that she cared for our girl Halo. I was very nervous to leave my dog in someone’s care as she is a very high energy dog, but Jolynn took care of her and provided a fun safe environment for Halo. I will definitely use her services in the future!

Jacklyn was an outstanding caretaker for our two dogs. She made the process so easy, communicated every step of the way, and her farm is incredible. The dogs absolutely loved Jacklyn and came home worn out from playing. She is definitely an animal lover and gives loving care!

Brittany is TOP TIER!!!! She went above and beyond for us on short notice. Very loving and compassionate. She provided daily updates of pics and videos. I’m so very grateful to find her and will definitely book her for any future boarding needs. She is very knowledgeable and treats your pets as her own. Thank you Brittany for being so awesome!

Audrey is the best!! Took great care of my dog for a week. I was nervous as I’ve never used Rover before. Audrey helped ease my mind by giving updates every day!! Highly recommend!!

Jessica took really good care of our pup. Ours was a last minute request but she accommodated it as well. She sent us lots of pictures and updates. The whole stay was seamless and we were so glad we got her to watch over our pup. We could enjoy our time away without a worry. She provided lots of play time and walking time to him as well. Made him feel comfortable when he missed us. We would surely book again if we need a sitter in the area.

Beth was very responsive to messages and sent a lot of pictures. We knew our Rosie girl was well taken care of in her care! Would highly reccomend Beth & will be booking with her again!

Ollie had a great time with Jamie and her husband! He’s shy with people, but quickly warmed up to them. They kept me updated on how he was doing and sent plenty of pictures. They have a nice home with a fenced in yard. I will definitely be requesting their services in the future.

Kinda is amazing! She took care of my two fur babies over the weekend. We had a death in the family and had to leave on short notice. Linda was very accommodating and sent us pictures of our dogs all weekend. 100% recommend!

We encountered an unexpected behavioral problem with my dog once the boarding started and I was unable to pick him up until the end of the boarding period. She found a way to safely manage the behavior and continue to provide care for my dog. I’m very grateful.
