Lauren took great care of my dog Bella and updated me when concerns arose (i.e., when Bella’s tummy sounded upset or when she wasn’t eating). When a last-minute personal conflict arose, she was communicative, professional, apologetic, and took initiative in offering to plan coverage with another sitter she knows. I’d recommend Lauren to folks wanting to rest easy knowing their pet is being attentively looked after.

Our cats were well taken care of! She also graciously watered my plants and brought my mail inside. Abbey truly cares about providing high quality pet services. We be booking her in the future!

The dogs loved Khelsi, she communicated well and was very kind and polite. We look forward to leaving our dogs with Khelsi and knowing that they will be safe and taken care of.

Monica was outstanding, I don't think my cats wanted us to come home! Monica took care of their basic needs and went well beyond and made sure they got lots of pets, they played with toy mice and they were brushed. They daily photos were such a nice way for us to check in on them. Even my shy cat bonded with her. I would use Monica again and again. Can't say enough nice things about her.

Adam is just awesome with crunchy and he is a hand full. he is not yet neutered because he us still a pup so he is very energetic.

Danielle was amazing with my fur baby! She was so sweet, responsive, and punctual! I don’t have enough nice things to say about Danielle and I will absolutely use her again! My dog was so happy and comfortable!

Heather is a wonderful, attentive sitter and I will definitely call on her again in the future to watch my two kitties. This last trip was quite short but I would feel very comfortable leaving her in charge for a longer time away. She even checked the plants, which I had not thought to ask about. :-)

This was my first time using Rover, and I was extremely pleased with Shelby from beginning of this process through the end. She responded promptly to my messages, and made time to come by and meet me and my two cats right away. During the 10 days we were away, Shelby sent daily reports with photos of the cats. We really felt they were being cared for and loved on. Shelby was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond. We will definitely hire her in the future!
