Leaving my dogs in the care of someone other than myself for the first time was nerve wracking. Steven was able to do a meet and greet prior to booking, which put me at easy after seeing my pups' reactions and lack of certain reactions. Drop off and pick up were easy. Steven sent a photo every day and shared feedback and how they were doing. Due to a travel situation beyond my control, I was delayed past the scheduled pickup time, and he was gracious and kind about the situation where others may not have been. My pup I was most worried about did better than I could have imagined. My other pup seems to have a new buddy and didn't want to leave. He even whined while staring at the house as we left. I think it was a good experience for my two, and I trust they were well cared for. I don't travel much, and if I do, it's always somewhere I can bring them with me. But should the need to travel without them should arise, I will definitely reach out to Steven.

I am so grateful for the calm, comfy and welcoming space Robin made for my senior dog. Time sniffing in the garden or resting.on the sun porch, treats, company - what more could you ask for? Robin sent lots of cute updates, thank you!!

Alesha has been our go to dog sitter since we moved here in Windsor. She takes care of our fur baby very well. Sends pictures and updates. We could never ask for someone else to look after Jackson but Alesha!

Our dog Lily recently stayed with Madeleine for 14 days, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Madeleine sent frequent updates, keeping us reassured and connected while we were away. Theresa and Adrian were so great! They were very communicative, organized, and clearly pros at dog sitting. I appreciated how thoughtful they were caring for my senior dog who needed extra help with changes to her feeding schedule and medication. I usually feel anxious leaving my pets when I’m out of town, but this was genuinely the most relaxed I felt- they instilled such a sense of trust due to their professionalism and kindness. I immediately booked them for my next out of town trip! Highly highly recommend!!!

Nia was just amazing! We couldn't have been happier. Daily updates including pictures and videos, walks, lots of play time and love. Our dogs were very comfortable, felt quite at home, and got along fabulously with her dog. We will definitely be booking with Nia again!!

Another great stay with Whitley, Kristen & Ollie! It's so nice to see the pictures of Ollie & Otis playing and being besties. Whitley was so accomodating with a last minute schedule change. Great communcation and Otis loves his time there! He can't wait for his next stay!

Bre did a fabulous job taking care of our dog. Our other sitter had to cancel last minute and Bre was sweet enough to help us out. She was excellent about giving us updates on Luna each day which we very much appreciated. We also got back later than projected and Bre was very understanding. We highly recommend her!

Erika was absolutely incredible with our French bulldog. She made us feel very comfortable, and kept us updated with how our pooch was doing. She is the only person I would trust with our Frenchie.

Lisa was a great host for our lab Charlie. She treated him like her own family dog. We were out of town for my wife's open heart surgery. Lisa was very accommodating with Charlie's stay. Very easy to contact and replied quickly. If it's needed again in the future Charlie and I would definitely choose Lisa.

Natalia and her husband took good care of our Snoop! My family and I had to leave the city for the weekend and I was so worried we wouldn’t find anyone but she took Snoop last minute, thankfully. She sent pictures during his stay and took him on many long walks which was great once we got him back because he was exhausted. If you need someone to take care of your furry baby I recommend her ! They are well experienced and very kind. :)

Kadi was absolutely amazing with our 2 little dogs! She treated them like family and they were immediately comfortable in her presence. I felt at ease leaving them with her and the daily updates and pics were an added bonus. We have already booked our next stay- thank you Kadi!!

We are so grateful to Shivdarshini for taking such wonderful care of our dog, kody, while we were away on vacation. kody absolutely loved his stay at her place! What truly stood out was how attentive and caring she was—when she noticed a minor injury on kody’s leg, she didn’t hesitate to contact her vet and get the right medication for him. She kept us updated regularly with details about his meals, daily routine, and sent us plenty of pictures and videos, which really helped us feel connected and at ease while we were away. We were so thankful for this family. Simba was loved and cared for very well. It seemed like he didn’t want to leave to come home. We are looking forward to his next stay. We recommend this family for care.

I would recommend Sofia to other sitters. Even though my dog ran away out of her house, but she managed to get her back. And I understand that accidents like this occur and that she took responsibility of it. She was upfront in telling the situation and fixing it as well. She also put a sweater on my dog and gave it with her. She was very flexible with my delayed flight landing as well.
