Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Highland Park

This is the second time we have used Mary Kay, and our cats were happy and very well taken care of. We appreciate the thorough updates after each visit!

First time using Rover and I was very pleased with Kristin! She was very considerate & respectful of my grumpy cat during our meet and greet, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood my cats personalities, routines and needs. Felt completely comfortable going away knowing they would be looked after just as well as a family member checking in

Heather came to meet Ranger in preparation for a future overnight trip. He’s a very nervous dog with some quirks and she wasn’t fazed at all. He warmed up to her in the 30 minutes I was gone and continued to ask her for attention when I got back. I feel so relieved that I have someone trustworthy to leave him with while I travel.

Merritt was an absolute joy to work with and went above and beyond to care for my kitty Dixie for a long weekend. I haven’t needed a sitter for a few years, and despite contacting Merritt just a few days prior, she was flexible and thorough in ensuring the best possible care. Her communication and frequent updates were appreciated, and I’ll definitely contact Merritt again next time I need a sitter!

Victoria was an amazing sitter for our pup! She gave our girl all the love and attention! Very communicative with the Rover cards and keeping us updated on how the visits went with tons of great pictures too. That totally made us feel comfortable during our trip away from home. We would absolutely recommend Victoria to anyone looking for a sitter. 10/10 would book again!

Joseph was great, he watched our cat while we were gone for more than a week and made sure she was doing well and also played with her. I highly recommend Joseph!

Avery watched our 3 adult cats + 4 crazy kittens while we were on vacation and she did great!!

Mason was very professional when looking after my cats for the a week. The few times there was a chance that she might miss a checkup because of very bad flooding she gave me updates as soon as possible (and was actually able to make those check-ups no problem, she was just letting me know in case). She even managed to capture a few pictures of my very skittish cat to help me feel less anxious about her!

Katie did an amazing job taking care of my 9 year old chocolate lab! I really appreciated the daily pictures and updates. It reassured me that my pup was in great hands!

Carli took very good care of my two kitties, paying special attention to the older one who is rather frail and in need of lots of snuggles. Messes were cleaned up, communication regarding each visit was very thorough. Would definitely book again. ?

Nicole was great as always! I was happy to hear that she wanted to spend some extra time with Louis during her drop-in.

Alicyn was so fantastic!! She did drop ins for our kitty for a long weekend and couldn’t have been nicer, more thoughtful or more thorough! She sent so many photos and addresses every concern I had (cat has a bladder issue and she reported every detail about the litter box and really eased my fears while gone!) I forgot to leave out toys and she brought her own! Dont hesitate booking Alicyn, she is great for the animals and their parents!! So glad we found her!
