Lauren was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time working with Rover, and was very nervous leaving my cat with a stranger for the first time, but Lauren soothed all my fears. She kept in touch with every visit, and sent me ample photos and videos to hold me over until I get home to my little man. Lauren was also available on a dime — my previous sitter had to cancel last minute and Lauren was able to come over with 30 minutes notice and started watching him the next day.

Heather came to meet Ranger in preparation for a future overnight trip. He’s a very nervous dog with some quirks and she wasn’t fazed at all. He warmed up to her in the 30 minutes I was gone and continued to ask her for attention when I got back. I feel so relieved that I have someone trustworthy to leave him with while I travel.

Ally does a great job with my dog and is great with communication!

Randi was fantastic checking in on our two cats while we were away! She was very thorough and thoughtful and ensured that our place was locked up upon leaving as well. Thank you Randi!

We were happy to find Erica to take care of our two 7 year old dogs. She came over to meet us ahead of time and was warm, communicative and receptive. She dropped in a few times at the scheduled visit times, left notes and pictures. We came home from our trip to our happy pups and would definitely request Erica again in the future!

Joseph was my first Rover walker/sitter. He sends frequent updates and pics. He’s flexible and friendly. Could not have asked for a better first experience with Rover.

Annie and Dustin were great! They were both very enthusiastic when I met them and it was obvious to see that they love ALL animals. (They have many different kinds of animals between the two of them.) They have dedicated their time to caring for animals and education, which made me feel even more confident about leaving my dogs in their care. They informed me that they completed the Vet Tech program at OCC Tech and Annie also has previous experience as an Asst. pet groomer - if you ever need grooming! They are very passionate about caring for animals.They were in constant communication with me and provided me updates and pictures of my dogs and cat (who thinks he is a dog!) They took very good care of them and followed the schedule requested, including feedings and daily walks. My dogs and cat liked Annie and Dustin from the moment they met them and I felt that they were in good hands with them. They were all very happy and I will definitely contact them again when I need a dog (and cat) sitter!

Went on a 2 week trip and was very anxious to be away from my cats for so long. Leaving them in JJ's care gave me a lot of peace of mind; I got regular, timely updates from the daily drop ins and returned to two happy and healthy cats.

Victoria is great!! She goes above and beyond to make sure Annie and Myla are taken care of each visit! She is professional, responsive, and you can really tell she cares about the pets.

Katherine was wonderful!! She updated me at each visit with pictures, gave medications properly to my dogs and is completely trustworthy!! I would highly highly highly recommend her!!

Carli definitely went above and beyond! Carli spent time getting our cat Lola adjusted to having a new person in the house and by the end she was super comfortable and cuddly. Carli also brought in our mail and organized it without being asked! We really appreciated all the care and help.

Alicyn was kind, easy going and communicative. She gave detailed updates on my cat each visit and sent cute pictures and videos. Your pets are in caring hands with her!
