Haley did an amazing job watching our two cats while we were out of town for a long weekend. She was very kind, reliable, and responsive, and sent us multiple pictures while we were away. We came home to happy kitties and will definitely book with her again!

Justin was great with Joey! He is definitely a food-motivated guy so anyone who feeds him and gives him attention and pets is OK in his book. On my end, I was kept up to date with each visit which was so appreciated! I now have some awesome photos of Joey being his silly self from when I was last away! I cannot emphasize more about Justin's great pet-sitting services!

Lucy went above & beyond, per usual. So thankful to have found her to care for my cats while i’m out of town. She’s so good with them and takes the time to give them both adequate attention and play time. She always communicates and really puts my mind at ease while i’m away knowing my babies are in good hands.

Elizabeth did a great job caring for Sydney and giving him his medication. He can be finicky and she did a great job coaxing him out.

Wonderful and thorough care. I never worried about my boy while gone for a week. She anticipated needs even I did not (full litter box change) and went above and beyond in other ways as well. She sends lots of updates which was a comfort while away. She cared for my boy cat Zissou as if her own. 1000% recommend! She will be who I use for any future needs.

Denni watched our kitties while we visited family for a week. We loved the photos and check-ins each time Denni stopped by! Communication was excellent when one of our kitties was getting into trouble, haha, and the kitties liked the pets and attention too. It was so nice to not worry at all while we were away. We love Denni and will definitely book with them in the future!

Melissa was an awesome sitter for my two cats for a week while I was on vacation. She was attentive to their needs and let them have space to roam & windows to bird watch from. Melissa kept me updated daily with photos per my request. I trust her & would definitely book with her again!

Megan was the perfect cat sitter for Sasha! She took care of her as her own pet, she made sure to entertain and play with her, and also sent us daily updates with photos and videos:) we are really thankful and for sure recommend her!!

Tennille is a professional. We could tell that our cats were well taken care of and loved the second we got home. Tennille’s updates were thorough and she always sent plenty of pictures. After our initial meet and greet we had no qualms about leaving our cats within her care for an extended period of time (20 days). Would recommend and book again!

Emily is very professional on time. Great with animals and overall a very kind person. I would recommend her to anyone when she’s in the area. I will be going through her again. Thank you, Emily.

Shelby did a great job of taking care of our three cats. They bonded quickly and successfully made it through two weeks of us being out of town. Shelby communicated well and did an excellent job of capturing cute moments in the daily check-in. Would absolutely hire again.

She was phenomenal with my cats! Gave headsup before starting each checkin, followed their schedules and kept them separate while still spending individual time with them. My super shy cat immediately warmed up to her too, which was an instant relief! 10/10

Alexander seemed to do a good job with my cat Carlos, sending me photo's etc. However apparently Carlos wasn't fond of Alex and seemed aggressive according to Alex. I am sorry about that. Alex gave me peace of mind that my cat was Oaky.

Michael is seriously awesome. From the moment he walked in for the meet & greet, it was obvious I’d made the right choice! He was so comfortable, caring, and loving towards my teenage kitten right away and it made me feel so at ease leaving her in his hands for a few days!! Even when there was a mix up with access to the house, Michael was so proactive, attentive, and flexible! I was beyond grateful. I seriously cannot recommend him enough as a pet sitter and all around wonderful human!!

Ashley, who goes by “Red,” is an absolutely wonderful human being, and if she is available, book her! Back in May, as a first-time user of Rover, I created 3 separate bookings with a sitter who had glowing reviews. However, on the day of our meet & greet—only 1 week before our first trip—she completely ghosted us. I nearly panicked because I didn’t think we’d be able to find an available sitter on such short notice. I hopped back on Rover, entered my dates, filtered by Star Sitters, and hit “search.” Red was at the top of my search results, and after looking over her profile, I felt like she may be a good choice. Although her calendar showed her as available for the dates of our trip, I was prepared to be let down. I sent her a message explaining our situation. Not only did she respond quickly, she also responded with kindness & empathy. Best of all, she was available to sit for our beloved kitty! AND she volunteered to come over the next morning for a meet & greet! Less than 24 hours after reaching out to her, Red messaged me to let me know she was on her way to my house. Upon opening my door, I immediately liked her. Seriously. She just radiates this incredible energy! She is also so kind, compassionate, and engaging. She explained how she has devoted her life to caring for animals, and she just lit up as she was telling us about it. Best of all? Sassy, our shy & anxious kitty, came out of hiding pretty quickly to investigate her, and by the end of the visit, was giving Red love rubs on her leg! This was unprecedented, and we were absolutely shocked. Sassy’s response to meeting Red left no doubts in our mind; we had chosen the perfect caretaker for our precious kitty. We booked Red for two of our three camping trips. This review is based on our second booking with her, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her! She is the sweetest person! And an excellent communicator, which is vital for us anxious pet parents who are forced to leave our beloved (and vulnerable!) pets home alone. I had no qualms leaving Sassy alone this second time because I knew that Red would take excellent care of her…and she absolutely has! I am so sad that Red is not available for our third trip, but if she’s available next summer, you can bet I will be booking her!

Thalia was an amazing sitter for our cat Matches. She sent lots of pictures and we could tell he was super relaxed with her. She also was super communicative and left our place tidy. We definitely look forward to booking with her again!

Amazing person. She checked in on newborn kittens to make sure they are safe. She made sure to update me and send photos, and I came home to a happy mama cat and cute well fed kittens. Highly recommend to anyone!
