Thank you again, Karen, for the wonderful care of my cat. He was purring and chill when I came back from my travels, and that's because of you! Thank you for being attentive to the schedule and caring for his needs.

Heather is so sweet and caring to my puppy. I could tell when we picked him up from Heather's place after a weekend of boarding that he had a great time! He was tired out from playing with Heather's dogs which we loved! We are trusting Heather to take care of our puppy for a week while we are out of the country and I know he will have a great time.

Mack did an awesome job. He was very communicative during the booking process and left extremely detailed notes from his check-in. Everything looked just like I had left it when I came home and my cats were happy. He also sent me many photos during his check-in which I appreciated! Overall I had a very positive experience with Mack!

Jennifer was very professional. She showed up right on time for the meet & greet with Cinco, brought a notebook, took notes on instructions and was very attentive of our sweet fur baby from the very start. She squatted down to greet Cinco at her level so the dog would not feel at all threatened and, clearly, understanding the correct way to approach a pet. She exuded a warm & caring personality. Though the booking with her was short (with just a few visits) and didn't really allow for Cinco to get entirely warmed-up to her, Jennifer was very forthcoming in sharing Cinco's continued tentativeness over the 3 drop-in visits. We certainly appreciate that Jennifer gave us an honest assessment of how she felt Cinco responded vs. telling us that all went off perfectly. This tells us that Jennifer is someone we can certainly trust with our pet and I would definitely book her again and recommend her to others as well.
