She set up a meet and greet ahead of time, which made me feel so comfortable as a first-time Rover user, and she took the time to walk me through how to use the app. She was a great communicator from start to finish. During the walk, she sent pictures and updates so I knew exactly how my dog was doing. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker.
