This was our first experience with Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. It's easy to say that Colleen set the bar very high! She was very communicative, which we really appreciated, and seemed to have a genuine care for our cats. When one of them had a slight health issue, she offered to take it to the vet for us which didn't end up being necessary after all. Any apprehension to using Rover is now behind us and we know that we can confidently go on vacation in the future knowing that Colleen will take great care of our pets. Great job Colleen!

Teri is so responsive and helpful. She’s always been on time, keeps me updated on my pooches and is so sweet with them. Can’t recommend her enough.

Karen sent us daily pictures of Max and kept us up to date. Karen dropped in one time per day to check on Max and make sure he was ok. Scooped litter boxes, and made sure he had food and water, and gave him some attention.

Kylee was great, kept my cat happy and healthy while I was away!

I know Maya is in good hands with Colleen. She loves all pets. Maya gets excited when Colleen arrives. It gives me peace of mind that my fur baby is cared for when I have long days at work
