This was our first experience with Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. It's easy to say that Colleen set the bar very high! She was very communicative, which we really appreciated, and seemed to have a genuine care for our cats. When one of them had a slight health issue, she offered to take it to the vet for us which didn't end up being necessary after all. Any apprehension to using Rover is now behind us and we know that we can confidently go on vacation in the future knowing that Colleen will take great care of our pets. Great job Colleen!

Michelle was great with Sophie, and very understanding when we had to change plans at the last minute. We will definitely ask her back…if she will?
