I highly recommend Michelle as a pet sitter. She was flexible with our schedule, great with our pets, and super responsive. The updates/pictures were an added bonus.

This was our first experience with Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. It's easy to say that Colleen set the bar very high! She was very communicative, which we really appreciated, and seemed to have a genuine care for our cats. When one of them had a slight health issue, she offered to take it to the vet for us which didn't end up being necessary after all. Any apprehension to using Rover is now behind us and we know that we can confidently go on vacation in the future knowing that Colleen will take great care of our pets. Great job Colleen!

Karen was amazing and so professional. She was excellent at communicating with me and providing updates about my cat and including pictures each day. I felt very reassured that my cat was looked after and being well cared for while on vacation.

Sarah did great checking in with our dog, Pippa. Pippa looked very happy in the pictures we look forward to rebooking with Sarah in the future.
