Shawne was absolutely terrific taking care of my cat while I was out of town! The biggest snow storm to hit Michigan City while I was away and Shawne went way, way, way above and beyond to take care of everything! Patricia truly went above and beyond when taking care of our cat while we were away for a two week vacation. Our cat Louie had a history of emotional distress, which included him refusing to eat during times of change or upset to his routine. We recently adopted him a few months ago and he was completely shut down after losing his home of seven years. It took me months of working with him to get him to start eating again normally and to start gaining weight so we were quite concerned when we had to go away and leave him for a couple of weeks. I found Patricia on the Rover app at the last minute when my previous pet sitter backed out due to a family emergency. Patricia responded quickly and was very caring and understanding about Louis special needs. She checked in with us daily and provided as many photos as Louie would allow since he trended to hide quite a bit, but towards the end of her time with him, he opened up and even cuddled with her several times, which surprised is quite a bit. When we got back home, my house was clean and perfect just as I left it and Louie looked great.! would definitely use Patricia again next time we go out of town

Alannah looked after our three cats 2x/day for a week. Two of the cats are very shy. After the first visit, they were comfortable interacting with her, coming out of hiding to be fed and for play sessions. Mid-way through the week, two of the cats were waiting for Alannah at the door when she arrived. Alannah sent me detailed reports on how the cats were doing twice per day, along with great photos. She got to know each cat's quirky personality traits. Alannah also let me know about any potential issues (a few barfs on the floor, nothing out of the ordinary). Alannah went above and beyond; for example, she emptied a litter box that was getting a bit stinky, even though I hadn't asked her to (thank you!!). The place was spotless when I returned, and the cats were happy and relaxed. I can tell Alannah played with the cats every day because they went straight to their play area when I got home. Alannah was amazing - she gave me such peace of mind on this trip. I will definitely hire her again in the future.

Lilliana is always so great at communicating to us while she sits for our cats and our cats always seem so happy to see her in the photos!! Thanks for everything!!:)
