Stephanie was great! This was my first time using Rover and it couldn’t have gone better. She was very thorough and communicative. My two cats were in great hands!

Great job, everyone got what they needed and I especially liked the photos sent during the visits. Even our big scaredy cat of a dog was no worse for wear when we returned home. Would book again if needed.

Nikko can be a little reactive to people at first but Kristin was just a professional at meeting him for the first time. I love the fact that she check in and out each visit and kept me updated about her visits and walks. Nikko and Kopper got along with her just perfect and that gives me a huge peace of mind! Lauren did such an amazing job for us! She was careful and respectful of our home and our tricky door. She was super attentive to our pets and left detailed notes and photos.
