Sam is amazing! This is my first time Rover and she made the process super easy. She sent so many photos and made sure to give an update at each visit. She took great care of our kitten, Winnie! She was very considerate & respectful of my grumpy cat during our meet and greet, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood my cats personalities, routines and needs. Merritt was an absolute joy to work with and went above and beyond to care for my kitty Dixie for a long weekend. I haven’t needed a sitter for a few years, and despite contacting Merritt just a few days prior, she was flexible and thorough in ensuring the best possible care. Her communication and frequent updates were appreciated, and I’ll definitely contact Merritt again next time I need a sitter!
