Stellar service! Was very attentive in handling all of my requests, even when I really could have been better organized with my instructions.

This was our first time using Rover.com. Elizabeth was great checking in on our 2 cats for a few days. She was very detailed and attentive and gave us an immediate report & feedback after each visit. We felt assured they were in good hands. Will definitely use again! Thanks!!

She was a perfect sitter for my last minute situation: she was upfront and honest in the chat, she kept me informed, followed all of my instructions, and worked with me to keep my kittens safe. All of my cats seemed to like her very well! I felt at peace knowing that my kittens were in her care.

Jennifer was wonderful with my cat. He is normally very shy, but warmed up to her immediately!!! She sent me adorable pictures every day and he looked really happy. She took great care of him and his things. Jennifer was so helpful and easy to communicate with. I plan to rebook any time I need a sitter.

I am so very pleased to have found Alex through the Rover website! Alex was exceptional as a caregiver for our cat and was attentive to his little personality quirks and daily habits. Alex made a point to connect with our cat during the initial intro visit, and I could tell by the daily updates and photos that Alex continued to do everything possible to make his routine “normal” while we were away. Lillian did a fantastic job looking after my cats while I was away on a work trip. She was flexible when I had to extend my stay multiple times because of unexpected changes to my work trip.
