I was so worried about leaving our kitties for two weeks, which I've never done in the 12+ years I've had them! Getting the pictures and updates every evening eased our minds so much. Hannah was really flexible when our flights kept changing and getting cancelled and responded to all my messages immediately. The kitties were healthy and happy when we got back, so we're happy, too. We had such a wonderful experience having Scott do a couple drop-in visits for our two dogs, Winston and Ruby! He was kind, respectful, and communicative and sent updates and pictures as requested! We would happily have him sit for us again!

After reading all reading all the reviews on Ray, we gave him a shot as our first sitter through Rover. He was local to our area and did an outstanding job watching our special needs dog who only has 3 legs. His communication and timeliness was above and beyond which is very important to us, so we will 1000% be returning in the near future!
