Dog Boarding in Richmond

Sandra and her husband took very good care of our high energy, loving Sammy. We used them for boarding for over a week. They were nice enough to send daily updates which made my husband and I feel confident and secure in our selection. I would highly recommend!

Lisa made going on vacation even more enjoyable knowing our fur baby was taken care of and getting loved on. She sent photos daily to make us smile!

Laura took care of Henry while we were out of town. Unsurprisingly, Henry was well taken care of and Laura kept us updated with many texts and pics. This was our second time Laura has watched Henry and we'll never use anyone but her.

I recently had to make a last-minute booking for my puppy, and I’m so glad I chose Miranda. Despite the short notice, she handled everything seamlessly, which was a huge relief. My puppy Frankie had an amazing time with the other dogs, and it was wonderful to see him so happy and social. He even discovered his love for water, which was a delightful surprise! Miranda seemed genuinely attentive and made sure he was well cared for throughout his stay. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with the level of care and the fun environment provided. Highly recommend Miranda for anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience for their furry friend!

I would totally leave my dog Josie with Lisa again. I felt comfortable with her and I know that Josie was well taken care of. Lisa was great with sending update and photos.

This was my first time boarding, and Amanda and her family did a phenomenal job with Clara. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got pictures and status updates at least once a day, and it was very clear Clara was loving life during her stay.

Judith and her family were wonderful. Scout became like a member of her family. I could not ask for a better experience for Scout and us. We will definitely want to have Scout stay with Judith, when we go on vacation in the future.

Kristen was amazing and took great care of my fur baby. I'll keep it short but sweet and say I could not have asked for more. I will definitely be asking her again the next time I have to go somewhere that he can't follow.

My cranky dog, who’s notorious for his high maintenance demands, was in the best hands with Molly. Not only did she handle his stubborn personality, but she also earned his reluctant affection in record time. My dog can be a handful, but Molly handled it with such calm and confidence that it felt like my dog was on a luxury retreat rather than just being “looked after.” If you have a dog who’s a bit of a handful or just needs that extra-special touch, Molly is the sitter you’ve been searching for. Sydney was amazing with my two dogs who are older. She kept them safe and comforted. She was great at keeping in contact with me from the initial outreach and throughout their stay. I am grateful for her care and professionalism. I will definitely be requesting Sydney again in the future!

Nala loved being at Cynthia's. We did not need to worry because she was in such good hands. She was happy to be there and was well taken care of.

Nora takes very good care of my dog Brutus. She has a great backyard, communication, and cares about pets. Her dog dobbie and Brutus are great friends and I would highly recommend.
