Dog Boarding in Rochester

Everting went great and my pooch was happy as ever when I picked him up. Stephanie was great and gave me updates and photos. Communication was excellent and hopefully will be using her again in the future!

Mary was so great with our elderly dog Tyson! She took great care of him and sent so many updates! I felt so comfortable leaving him with her!

Tory did a fantastic job of taking care of our dog. She sent us lots of photos while we were away so that we could see that our puppy was having a great time at her house. I would not hesitate to recommend that Tory take care of your puppy and I will definitely be leaving my puppy with her again.

June and her family were great! She was very responsive during our time away, sending me pictures and updates! Would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a safe, loving environment for their pets.

I recently entrusted Hongjun with caring for our dog for the first time over the past weekend. I was a bit concerned about how well our dog would adjust, but she adapted quickly and seemed very comfortable in Hongjun’s care. Our dog loves going for walks and playing in the backyard, and it's clear that Hongjun’s home provides exactly the kind of environment she enjoys. The backyard is well-maintained with a long tether system that ensures she can safely explore and play freely. The companionship with Doudou, Hongjun’s own dog, made the experience even more enriching, and Hongjun’s young daughter quickly became a wonderful friend to our dog as well. It’s evident that Hongjun truly understands what dogs need to be happy and content. Beyond her attentive care, she is a warm, thoughtful, and conscientious caregiver who genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets in her home. I was so impressed with Hongjun’s professionalism and kindness that I’m definitely looking forward to booking with her again for our future trips. I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter! Laura was incredibly attentive, reliable, and clearly passionate about dogs. My pup was well cared for, got plenty of exercise, and came home happy and relaxed. I appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to know their dog is in the best hands!

Katie and her family were amazing. They took care of our Mars and treated him like king of the castle. We sincerely appreciate our puppet feeling so loved during our absence. We will be back with Katie very soon!

Shivambika was such an amazing dog sitter. She took such amazing care of Cooper. She always sent pictures throughout his stay. Her family and friends were so kind to Cooper and her dog is so adorable and played so well with Cooper. This was by far my best experience on Rover and I will book all my future dog sittings with Shivambika.

Lia and Johnathan far exceeded our expectations taking care of our dog, Tulah! We loved all the photos and video updates while on our trip. We could tell she was having a blast with them and was very loved and taken such great care of! We were able to relax on our trip, knowing with certainty Tulah was treated so well! We wholeheartedly recommend them!!

We are very happy with Jie’s service. She communicates really well and updates us regularly. She is very accommodating when our flight was delayed. Our dog was excited to be with her family. We have repeatedly used her services and would definitely consider her as our top choice.

Thanks, Marielle for taking care of Spot for 4 nights. Marielle shared pictures of my dog with happy smile on and messaged me how she is doing everyday which made me feel so relaxed while I was away. Also, thanks for your flexibility that I've added bath service in the middle of the boarding and modified pick up time at the last minute. Overall, I'm so glad to find Marielle as my dog boarder. I'll be definitely returning to use Marielle's boarding and bath for my dog when I need in the future!

This lovely couple took wonderful care of our Luna. We received many updates throughout the week. Their dog Niki was an excellent playmate for Luna, where the two would run around in their huge, fenced in backyard. I would not hesitate to book with them again!

I am (was) a first time ROVER customer and had a lot of questions. Christina responded to them all. Max (my dog) was in great hands and with great company, 2 dogs to play with. Max loves to play frisbee, Christina sent me several photos of Max playing frisbee.

So happy to have worked with Cynthia again. Our girl couldn't wait to get there and run into her house when we arrived. She just felt so at home and Cynthia couldn't have been nicer to work with. We have more upcoming overnight stays and it's comforting knowing that our baby is in the very best hands. If you have not worked with Cynthia before, you owe it to yourself to hire her. Mayrannie went the extra mile to make sure Wicket was comfortable and not so home sick. She took great care of this elderly pup and sent me pictures throughout the stay. I highly recommend Mayrannie and will definitely take Wicket to her again!
