Cindy was fantastic with our 16 year old shy cat. She was exceptional with communicating with us while we were away. She followed all directions that we gave and was very understanding when our cat had a little accident by the litter box. We felt very confident with her care, knowing we had no worries while we were away. We will definitely book with her again in the future! Thank you Cindy!

Jenine was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process of caring for our 3 cats. This was our first time using Rover and she made us feel extremely comfortable to do so. I received detailed reports from each visit as well as multiple pictures and she followed our instructions carefully. We have one kitty who is extremely scared of strangers and I could tell from the pictures/reports that Jenine was being gentle and patient with him. I have a really hard time leaving my cats for any period of time so it was really helpful to know that they were being so well taken care of. We would definitely use Jenine again!!

This was my first time leaving my cat alone since adopting her and Stephanie went above and beyond for Pai. I also appreciated her flexibility when I requested an update on the schedule. My cat warmed right up to her. She was well cared for, played with and Pai enjoyed her company. She also took the best pics of her. Thank you, Stephanie!

Rebecca is so great to work with. You can tell cares for our cat, and I feel so much better about leaving her knowing Rebecca will be looking after her.

Lauren did such an amazing job for us! She was careful and respectful of our home and our tricky door. She was super attentive to our pets and left detailed notes and photos. She followed our instructions to the letter and was a good communicator. I trust Lauren with our furbabies and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Lauri was great and kept us updated on Kitty Meow. She is shy and Lauri knew she would never be seen so gave us pictures of the clean box and let us know she had made "appearances" while she was not there. We came home to mail and packages on the table, which was greatly appreciated. Being away from the house and Kitty for a week was less stressful knowing we had someone dropping in to make sure everything was okay. We will use Rover and Lauri's services in the future and would recommend her to our friends and family in the area.

Kasie is always our choice to take care of our beasts, she's punctual and understands their needs. Even the timid ones warm up to her and give love!

Gabby was great with our cats! They’re normally very shy and they all really liked her! We would absolutely rebook with her again!
