House Sitting in Saint Charles

We had them watch our pup for 3 days and they were amazing! Marcy (our pup) instantly fell in love with them as soon as they walked in the door! We are so glad to have found them after another sitter had to cancel. They sent many update photos and texts, which we absolutely loved! They were also super accommodating to our pup's needs (she is reactive around other dogs). We felt extremely comfortable having them watch Marcy due to their veterinary background and many years of experience. We could not imagine having anyone else watch our pup! Thank you so much!

If I could rate higher I would. Honestly, 20/5 rating. Emma was above and beyond amazing. My boys did so amazing with her. She had the special touch dealing with my Bichon with his eyes, hearing and missing me so much. My pittie loved her. Thank you, Emma for taking such phenomenal care of my babies.

Neive did a great job watching our dog, Aspen. She was timely with communication and sent regular updates and pictures. Aspen seemed very happy and like she'd had a lot of attention and playtime. Would definitely recommend!

Stephanie is amazing! I wish I could add an extra star. She stayed with my fur babies for 5 days. My dog absolutely loves her! She even won over my cats who normally don't like anyone except their parents! They were all very well cared for. She sent photos & videos of them throughout the stay (loved that). Our flight ended up being canceled and she immediately told me she would stay an extra night which was a HUGE help! My house was so clean when I got home! Thank you so much Stephanie! Astro, Sophie, & Lola look forward to hanging out with you again in the future!

Thank you Makayla! My dogs have never stayed with a dog sitter before and they immediately liked Makayla. Our little one is typically very shy with new people and she just happily went up to meet her with no problems. Our dogs get along sorta :/ and Makayla assured us she would follow or protocols to keep everyone safe and happy and she did. Both dogs wanted to say goodby, they enjoyed their time together.

Words can’t express how wonderful Maddy is. While I’ll try and write a review that does her justice, just know she’s better than I can describe. She had previously done a few day walks for me and Doug and she was good. I had a trip pop up suddenly and needed a house sitter for Doug while I was gone and had reached out to Maddy. She beat any and all expectations I had for a house/dog sitter. She took amazing care of my Doug and not once did I have to worry. She communicated with me the entire time, troubleshot any issues, and took fantastic care of him. He was happy and in good spirits when I returned and I couldn’t have asked for more. She was super respectful of being in my place, and even did a load of laundry of blankets when she noticed that Douggie had piddled a bit out of excitement on them. Her communication ensured I was kept up to date on everything. She was excellent with all my questions and concerns and was super responsive. Knowing how good of hands my bay was in, I was able to fully enjoy my time away, and not stress (any more than I was) about how Douggie was and if he was okay. Thank you Maddy for all you did!

Audrey took amazing care of my babies and had perfect communication with me throughout!!

This was our first time utilziing Rover at the referral from a friend. We didn't know what to expect. Our first person didn't work out that we met, but were anxious to try again and set up a Meet & Greet with Julia. Julia listened to everything that we would like our 3 dogs to have and wanted to make sure they had the opportunity to run and not be couped up in their kennels. She was communicative, open, and honest as to the expectations that we should have and what would be receiving. She was all of that and then some. She communicated daily regarding updates to our animals with pictures, including their little tift with each other which she handled graciously. As we used Julia for house sitting services, when we returned home a week later, everything was just as we left it. It was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better services. We will be rebooking Julia again in the very near future and would highly recommend to anyone looking.

Taylor was absolutely amazing!! She took amazing care of all my fur babies!!She kept in touch with me while I was away and sent pictures of my fur babies!! Would definitely read her!!

Heather was absolutely wonderful with my 2 boys ( one dog, one cat). She was willing to come meet them the week before, so they would be comfortable with her coming into the house. She sent pictures and updates throughout her stay, and even took my dog for a walk that I did not specifically ask for! She left a sweet, detailed note for me to come home to. This was my first experience on Rover, and I’m very grateful I ended up with Heather and will absolutely be using her again when I need in the future!
