I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Betsy is amazing and goes above and beyond for the pets she cares for! We made a huge mistake by leaving the wrong key out this time and Betsy was an excellent communicator, committed to helping us in any way she could and made sure our cat was safe and cared for. I felt so much better knowing Betsy was there to help and how much love she was giving our boy. Highly recommend!!

This was the second time Ga Yee looked after our kitten. She once again did a great job and is good at communicating. We would strongly recommend her.

Abbie was amazing! We have two very needy cats and she took care of them with no issues while we were on a holiday vacation for an extended period of time. We left her very specific instructions and Abbie followed them precisely. She even went above and beyond to spend some extra time socializing our cats, who are a bit fearful of new people. Abbie was responsive, always right on time, and was friendly and sociable. It is evident she is passionate and cares deeply for all animals. You won’t go wrong booking her for your pet’s needs. 10/10 A++++
