First time using Rover and I was very pleased with Kristin! She was very considerate & respectful of my grumpy cat during our meet and greet, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood my cats personalities, routines and needs. Felt completely comfortable going away knowing they would be looked after just as well as a family member checking in

Ally was great at taking care of my two cats when I was out of town for a few days! Lots of pictures and the cutest report card of how they did. I could tell they were super comfortable with her, highly recommend!

Callie did a wonderful job caring for our three cats with drop in visits. She sent lots of pictures and videos and I really appreciated that each visit she listed the tasks that she did that we requested (litter, water, etc.). Clearly a huge animal lover and a conscientious and compassionate person. And obviously our cats loved her.

Anna was fantastic. It was my cat’s first Rover/pet-sitting experience. Kitty had a recent surgery, and needed topical medicine and to be in a cone during her week long stay. Anna was really accommodating and I felt comfortable that Kitty was in good hands. She answered all my questions and sent frequent updates. I really recommend her and would definitely ask her to watch Kitty again.

awesome cat sitter Heather communicates very effectively which is important to me when I am abroad My cat also loves her, which is pretty much unlike her. My cat usually doesnt like strangers but since the first meeting there was a bond which surprised me All in all, I will definitely recommend Heather and will book her again.

I booked Erica for check ins with my cat, and she was great! Right away, she asked when we could schedule a meet and greet, and when we met, she asked questions that showed she thought about my booking from start to finish. I really appreciated how communicative and professional she was, and she took great care of my cat!

As always, Kelly did an amazing job with my two cats while I was gone for 10 days! Cats are more than happy and loved getting all the photos!

Amanda was great! She sent lots of pictures and made sure my two cats (including a very anxious one) were well taken care of while I was out of town for work! She also left my apartment super clean which was so nice to come back to!

Michael was fantastic - he checked in on my cat twice a day (she has dietary restrictions), sent me daily pictures and updates on how she was doing, and made me feel at ease (this was my first extended trip away from my pet!). I will not hesitate to have him care for Mika again, and would recommend his services to anyone needing animal care!
