Dog Boarding in Suttons Bay

We left our one-year-old puppy with Rachel for our first long trip (10 days). Our son was really nervous about being away from him, but Rachel sent photos and updates every day, which allowed our kiddo to relax and enjoy his time away. When we picked up our pooch, he was happy to see us, but didn’t seem too thrilled to leave his new best friend, Charles. It was so nice to know he was having as much fun as we were! No question we’ll be rebooking.

Maggie deserves a 10 star rating! She watched our fur baby Ruby for a weekend. When we picked Ruby up I could tell Ruby was well taken care of. Ruby was so happy & healthy! I loved getting updates and pics from Maggie. She sent pics of their daily adventures & cuddle time. She gave her daily walks and lots of love! ❤️ we will definitely be having Maggie watch Ruby again for sure. I highly recommend Maggie as a pet sitter. Thank you Maggie for being so wonderful with our baby girl!

Lisa showed genuine interest in caring for our dog, Darby. She kept us updated with text messages included photos of Darby while out for a walk and relaxing in her home. Communication was easy going with Lisa and she quickly responded to my texts. Unlike Darby's previous kennel experiences, Darby seemed calmer and well rested when we picked her up. We're glad we found Lisa and will surely engage her services again.

Wonderful! My dog at age 14 had some separation anxiety but Kimberly and Jeremy made him very comfortable very quickly. He enjoyed all the comforts provided, the fenced yard, and the other dogs. I think he misses it there - a good sign! Very highly recommend!

I think my pup misses Andrea's pets. Andrea and her partner took excellent care of my elderly pup. Would not hesitate to leave Zoe with her again.

Nicole and her family went out of their way to accommodate my paraplegic pup. He had an absolute wonderful time, judging by his smiles from all of the photos that were sent. I highly recommend Nicole, and Obi will be returning to her for his next visit!

Lisa was great. I was nervous about leaving my dog as he always travels with me. She reassured me throughout my dog’s stay with her that he was doing just fine. Pictures and updates were just the perfect amount to put my mind at ease. I will definitely book with her again.

Angela was wonderful! Super nice and I know my dogs were well-exercised when they were at her house because they were super sleepy when we picked them up, and we love that! We would definitely request her service again!

My 9 month old German Shepard had an awesome time with Hannah. She came home tired and smelling awesome. Hannah sent plenty of updates and pics, which was super reassuring since this was my first time with Rover. She was flexible with pick up and drop off times as well. Very convenient. I would definitely book again.

Charlie was well taken care of and had a great time!

Jared was so great with our pups. Ivy (German Shepherd), Broly (Golden Retriever), and Whey (Pomeranian) were with him for three nights, four days. Jared sent pictures, kept us updated on how the pups were acclimating, and somehow managed to stick to their differing feeding schedules. We will def be bringing the pups back next time we need a sitter in the TC area!

Daniel has cared for our goofy rescue guy several times. Gus loves Daniel and his two friendly rescues. Gus goes happily to Daniel and is calm and content when we pick him up. He gets walks, treats and cuddles. I can’t say enough good about the care Daniel gives his visiting pets. Gus has stayed one day and for more than 2 weeks and it has always been an excellent experience. And when you know your furry friend is having a great time, you can relax and enjoy without concern!

Sara is super responsive, gracious and clearly loves dogs. Winston, our older bulldog, is comfortable in their house, playful and was not particularly excited about leaving after a 2 night stay. Giving him his medication and 3 meals a day was no biggie for Sara, great to not stress about the spoiled dog while we're away! And George the golden is very sweet, great play buddy.
