She is so great she actually stays outside while our dogs get into shenanigans and intercepts and sends me the details of their bad boy moments. I recommend her but don't steal her from me.

I have two elderly cats (one requires medication twice daily) and Alaina did a great job taking care of them. She is very conscientious, prompt and professional.

Lori really allowed me to enjoy our trip . We had one cat on medicine and she was able to give it to him without a problem . Our other two kittens were feral and it took me 6 weeks to get them socialized but they had no problem interacting with Lori . She must be a cat whisperer !

This is the first time I use Rover and I am just so glad I found an excellent dog sitter for my fur babies. Nikko can be a little reactive to people at first but Kristin was just a professional at meeting him for the first time. I love the fact that she check in and out each visit and kept me updated about her visits and walks. Nikko and Kopper got along with her just perfect and that gives me a huge peace of mind! First time using Rover and Brandi EXCEEDED our expectations! She came prior for a meeting and greet. We received updated with a summary of their 30 minute hang out session that included pictures! We will continue to use her preferably as our #1 choice as she is available.
