First time booking through Rover… Out of the 4 people I reached out to, to walk our dog, Shelby was the only one who responded to my request. Although this left me wondering if this was the best way to find a dog walker, Shelby’s friendly demeanor, constant communication while I was out of town, punctuality and reliability proved that I made the right decision.
