House Sitting in York Charter Township

Hope was wonderful, as always! She even started her time with Maizey on a major holiday, which we really appreciated. We got lots of pictures and videos of Maizey, and she was super responsive, too!

Jessi was wonderful with Toby, Ruby and Fitz! She provided great photos and feedback a couple of times a day while we were on vacation. This was the first time we had someone from Rover stay in our house. I liked Jessi's profile and we met her and knew we would feel comfortable booking her. We came back to a very tidy house and she even washed the bedding. Would highly recommend Jessi and would definately book her again!

Josh is our go to sitter. He is communicative, easy to work with, and amazing with our dogs. We love having someone we can trust and not worry at all when we have to travel.

Ava is an exceptional sitter. She is very responsive and communicative; she gave me detailed updates about how my pups were doing and I trust her completely. One of my dogs has IBD and sometimes needs significant encouragement to eat his food. Ava relayed to me when there were difficulties with his mealtimes, and was patient and persistent in strategizing ways to encourage him to eat. It is clear that she genuinely cares about my dogs and their well-being. She is also very understanding of dietary issues and prescription diets. (She even trained my younger dog to learn the “touch” command!)

Jenna was great caring for our dog, Walter, when we went out of town. She is responsible and loving and Walter thoroughly enjoyed his time with her. And we had a stress-free trip knowing Jenna was there. We will definitely book her again, and we highly recommend her.

Emily was great! My pets loved her, and she took excellent care of them. She stayed at my apartment over the weekend to care for 2 dogs and 1 cat. She was very communicative and thoughtful. I would definitely see if she is available again in the future.

TJ took wonderful care of our dog Chance while we were out of town, and our house was clean and tidy. Chance can be a handful, and TJ took his idiosyncrasies in stride. We'd gladly hire TJ again!

If you're looking for someone to help take care of your dogs or cats Jackie is the perfect person!! I can't give her enough stars and thumbs up! My dogs absolutely love and adore her and she took such great care of them!! She took pic's and sent me updates and I was so happy that she was able to take them all for a car ride to get pup cups as well!! It's very hard to find someone that you can trust with not only your fur babies but also staying in your home as well, but I know that my 3 dogs can't wait to see her again and I myself can't wait to have her over as well.. We had Robin over to dog sit and stay at our home for three nights this past weekend and couldn't be more pleased. She kept us updated the entire stay, and made not only our dog, but my husband and I very comfortable with leaving our beloved pup. My dog also has some disabilities (requiring frequent eye drops) and anxiety issues that she was able to accommodate for. In preparation of this first stay, she came over to greet and walk the dog twice so that they would be comfortable with each other. It's clear she respected my dogs cues and eased her into trusting her, which is exactly what's needed to take care of her. On top of that, she kept our house very tidy and made us comfortable trusting her at our home immediately. I will definitely reach out to Robin to stay with our pup again!

This was our first time using Rover. I chose Sarah from her great reviews, I met with her prior to our trip and felt very comfortable. She provided updates and pictures daily. Our dogs loved her, I'll definitely use her again.

Brigit was great. Very communicative and punctual, and our dog loved her. Our house was very well cared for too. I would highly recommend her!

Rani is incredible! Highly recommend. My two rotties immediately fell in love with her, and it was obvious that she had a great deal of experience with animals. Rani was extremely respectful of my space while house sitting and regularly sent updates of the pups! Communication from start to finish was very easy and Rani took the time to come meet the pups and understand their demeanor before taking care of them. Huge thank you!

Maura is an incredibly responsible young person with a generous heart. Our little guy, Alfie, is a bit of a “high maintenance” type of fellow; Maura went “above and beyond” to ensure that he was comfortable and felt safe. Next time I’m passing through Ann Arbor and need some help, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Maura again!

Kasey had great communication and empathy for one of our dogs that is terrified of storms and who also refuses to eat sometimes. She was level-headed and professional after a series of chaotic events involving severe weather, an anxious dog, and a dying smoke alarm battery. We'd recommend Kasey to watch your pets.

Jamie did a great job taking care of my cats while we were away. He communicated well and kept me up to date with what was happening with my babies. He even won over our scaredy-cat pretty quickly. Thank you for talking great care of my babies.
