Jenn was fantastic! She took excellent care of our dog, Lola, while we were away for the week. Lola seemed to really enjoy her time with Jenn, and she sent us regular updates with photos and videos, which we really appreciated. We could tell she was happy and relaxed when we returned. Jenn was also very communicative, and followed all our instructions regarding Lola’s feeding schedule and supplements. We would definitely book her again!"

Brenda did an amazing job with our two dogs! She offered up a meet and great without even having to ask, made us all feel so comfortable with her, was super flexible on pickup and drop off times, and sent us pics and videos all weekend! Would definitely refer her to others!

Meghann was great at keeping me updated with pics and comments while caring for my pup. She knew I was anxious about my pup not eating while I was gone and even provided pics of my pup eating. It was a great experience.

Cindy took great care of Milo while we were gone, with lots of walks and cuddles. She gave updates and pictures without it being invasive. We will definitely leave Milo with Cindy again!

Really appreciated the great care and affection Trudy and her family showered on Duke. The very warm greeting upon arrival assured me Duke would be well cared for and the first batch of pics I received left no doubt that he was doing great and having a lot of fun. Communicating with Trudy was always good, very prompt and clear. And it was super nice getting random pics and updates about Duke throughout my trip, so I never really worried about him as I knew he was in good care. Thanks so so much Trudy!

Had a big concern boarding our diabetic Rocky after last Fall's boarding at a DIFFERENT kennel where we suspected he was not given his insulin. We spoke candidly with Sophia and Travis that he readily accepts his insulin injection from us, but also informed them that he does not like Veterinary visits and doesn't like "strange people" getting in his space. They said they were up for the challenge, so we gave them a muzzle and a jar of peanut butter and left Rocky for the weekend. Got a text after Friday evening's feeding that all went well with the insulin poke! Next day at our breakfast we decided to look in on how Rocky was doing (so neat that they have a Wyze camera in the kennel/box stall where he was staying). At that time Travis and Sophia were just feeding Rocky breakfast so we decided to continue watching to see how the insulin injection would go this time. Sophia smeared peanut butter in his bowl and as Rocky investigated that, Travis gentilly reached for Rocky. Rocky must have growled as Travis slowly pulled his arm back. Happened another time and as Sophia went to retrieve the muzzle, Travis tried one more time slowly and Rocky allowed him to complete the injection! That meant a lot to us! They have a wonderful fenced in pasture for the dogs to run and get their exercise. Nice big horse hobby farm box stalls for each dog to bed down at night. When we came to pick up Rocky, he was so excited to see us and after running around he settled down a bit and as we were talking to Travis, Rocky went over and stood beside him and quietly "leaned" into Travis as he was being petted. That's good enough for us!

Amy did an awesome job of taking care of our baby. It was reassuring seeing updates, questions, etc. We can't thank her enough for putting our minds at ease while we were on vacation. P.S. I now am walking my baby more frequently thanks to Amy which is a win win for him and I ;)

Instead of a weekend @ Bernie's it was a weekend @ Julie's. I haven't met such a nice family like this in quite awhile. They are intelligent & skilled at dog boarding. I could tell right away after meeting them things would go well. Very honest, personable & down to earth. Scheduling was flexible & easy. Of course our dog was excited to to see us. We noticed she was not stressed like when we have boarded her at facility, she seemed happy & content so I know they took excellent care of her.

Shari and her family were great with my little dog! She sent pictures and updates regularly. My dog seemed to enjoy playing with her children and going for walks. I will definitely use Shari again!

Amy is so nice to deal with and is great with sending photos and communicating with us. Rusty looks so happy and comfortable in the photo's she sends. Highly recommend.

Bailey had a great time with Alicia. She had a big fenced in backyard and another dog to play with all week. Alicia provided great updates and photos on Bailey during her stay. I will definitely ask Alicia to care for Bailey again.

Very friendly, calm, kind family. Our dog got more cuddling from the kids in 5 days than she gets from us two adults in a month, I think! Nice daily communication incl. photos to let us know all was well. Quick replies on all messages prior to the visit as well.
