Erica is awesome and so easy to work with! She took such great care of our dog. Highly recommend! She and her adorable family loved our Lucy and sent us a lot of pics and video.

This was our first time using Rover and Sheryl made it such a great experience! Our dogs seemed super happy and comfortable with her and we really enjoyed all the picture & video updates while we were gone. We will definitely love to rebook with Sheryl in the future!

Erica and Ciara were wonderful! I recently adopted an older poodle after his owner passed away. Erica and Ciara were willing to step in and accommodate a lot of unknowns with this dog during his first time away from my household and our normal routines. Erica and Ciara kept in contact with feedback about Pierre the poodle during his stay and they let me know how he was doing. They even provided photos of what he was up to while he was visiting their home. I really appreciated the attention to details and caring nature of this household. If I need to leave Pierre again, I'll surely check to see if Erica and Ciara have time in their schedule to accommodate another visit.

Lynne was very patient and kind with our special needs dog. She kept us updated as he settled in so we knew things were going ok and could relax and enjoy our time away. We really appreciated her great communication and would feel comfortable leaving our dogs with her again.

I totally love them. This is the second time now that I have left my fur baby with them. They are great great with updates and sending pictures and videos and he loves it there he had such a blast. I will keep continually using them when I have to come into Rochester if you’re looking for a great couple to keep an eye on your fur babies. These are the people for you. They love your pet as if it was their own.

Itzayana was amazing. This was the longest we’ve been away from our dog and I think we he was actually sad to have to come back home haha. He felt very comfortable around Itzy, her family and her other dogs. She provided us with plenty of updates throughout the duration of his stay and was able to accommodate him staying an extra night last minute due to our flight being cancelled. Our dog is definitely looking forward to his next stay!

Cali was very kind, affectionate and attentive to my dog and her needs. I was very pleased with having her care for my dog. Would recommend and look forward to booking with her again!!

Jessica and family did a wonderful job taking care of our big 6 month old pup. As nervous pup parents, we loved all the communication, photos, and videos. Jessica also worked with Millie on some of her developing skills like recall and loose leash walking. Their 2 dogs were great playmates for Millie, they tolerated Millie's puppy behaviors and Millie was exhausted after all the playing they did together. We certainly will be booking with Jessica again!

Taylor was amazing! I have a rescue dog who is very uneasy around new people. Taylor agreed to a meet and greet before booking which I am really thankful for and my dog loved her right away! During my dogs stay she sent me a picture and update to let me know my dog had settled in nicely which I greatly appreciateed. I will definitely use Taylor again when my dog needs a place to stay!

Katya did a great job taking care of our puppy, Ivy! She was very patient with her puppy accidents, and kept me informed of how she was doing. Ivy seemed to have a great time playing with the other dogs and cat in Katya's care.

I was incredibly nervous having to leave my pup behind especially with someone I don’t know. Having said that they were incredible! From the moment my pup walked through the door they made him feel at home. I was constantly send pictures, photos, and messages to keep me updated on what they were up to and how he was feeling. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. I truly couldn’t be happier.

Cindy is the best! My dogs are elderly with extra needs and she is so good with them. They look at her with adoration. I make sure to book early so we can get her. And she always sends pictures of my dogs having a great time.

Denielle is amazing! This is our second boarding booking with her, and she took such good care of our pup. He had a blast with her, zena, and her family. It is a great feeling to know our pup is in good hands when we are away. We will definitely be booking again :)

Lettie’s first sleepover, and Alicia made it easier on us, with the updates and pictures! Definitely appreciated, and will definitely be bringing Lettie back for future stays! Thank you again!

Our Louie ran up to Mikailia when we dropped him off! Which was a relief and confirmation that he enjoyed his time with her the first time. She’s been so easy to work with and reassuring!

Our initial booking had to cancel for a family emergency within a week of us leaving the country! Linda was quick to respond when I requested her services. Linda and her dog welcomed our 4 month puppy Ralph with open arms. She only messaged when needed if she had a question and sent me a daily update with photos. She assured me all was well and to relax on vacation. Linda had all Ralph’s belongings packed up and ready when I came to pick him up. Thank you Linda for loving our pup and taking care of him on short notice!

Holly and Jeremy took such great care of my baby while I was away on vacation! They sent lots of photos and I never spent a moment worried about how Norbert was doing. Will 100% book them again!

My dog loves going to Andrea. She is kind and you can tell she loves dogs (a no brained you’d think but it is surprising how many people are in Rover that are doing it for just the $$$). She keeps me updated with pictures and messages of what my dog is doing which is a HIGE help. She is flexible and genuinely cares. I would book again with Andrea in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Vinetta was a great sitter for our dog, Pantelis! She was responsive, kind, and sent plenty of videos and pictures. You can tell she is a dog lover, and she was just what we were looking for. We will definitely be using her again!
