Dog Boarding in Big Lake

Karlee is so kind to our grand-kitty and grand-dog. They had a wonderful visit at her house. The photos she sends and updates are so reassuring and sweet. It’s worth an extra drive to place your fur babies with such a wonderful care over.

Amy is so nice to deal with and is great with sending photos and communicating with us. Rusty looks so happy and comfortable in the photo's she sends. Highly recommend.

Had a big concern boarding our diabetic Rocky after last Fall's boarding at a DIFFERENT kennel where we suspected he was not given his insulin. We spoke candidly with Sophia and Travis that he readily accepts his insulin injection from us, but also informed them that he does not like Veterinary visits and doesn't like "strange people" getting in his space. They said they were up for the challenge, so we gave them a muzzle and a jar of peanut butter and left Rocky for the weekend. Got a text after Friday evening's feeding that all went well with the insulin poke! Next day at our breakfast we decided to look in on how Rocky was doing (so neat that they have a Wyze camera in the kennel/box stall where he was staying). At that time Travis and Sophia were just feeding Rocky breakfast so we decided to continue watching to see how the insulin injection would go this time. Sophia smeared peanut butter in his bowl and as Rocky investigated that, Travis gentilly reached for Rocky. Rocky must have growled as Travis slowly pulled his arm back. Happened another time and as Sophia went to retrieve the muzzle, Travis tried one more time slowly and Rocky allowed him to complete the injection! That meant a lot to us! They have a wonderful fenced in pasture for the dogs to run and get their exercise. Nice big horse hobby farm box stalls for each dog to bed down at night. When we came to pick up Rocky, he was so excited to see us and after running around he settled down a bit and as we were talking to Travis, Rocky went over and stood beside him and quietly "leaned" into Travis as he was being petted. That's good enough for us!

My dog Nala loves going to Thomas and Sue’s house. She loves their dog Ramone and Nala always comes home happy and tired. We have used Thomas for doggie daycare and for boarding as well. I trust that she is in good hands when I leave her with them.

Christina really seemed to be intentional about learning our pup’s personality and mannerisms. She provided great feedback and really seems passionate about providing exceptional care. Would definitely recommend and use her services again!

Kay and her family were so attentive to our pup. We appreciated the photos, videos and thorough updates. We felt comfortable leaving our girl there and she was very well cared for. We will definitely book with her in the future.

Regan was awesome! She watched our dog Murphy for a few days while we were away at our wedding. We got lots of awesome updates/photos and he was so well taken care of. Not to mention he loved playing in her fenced in backyard. Would highly recommend!

Meghann was great at keeping me updated with pics and comments while caring for my pup. She knew I was anxious about my pup not eating while I was gone and even provided pics of my pup eating. It was a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful dog care. Our dog runs to her door when we arrive. She is very hands on with the dogs and keeps you updated throughout the stay with comments and pictures. When in Minnesota this will always be the daycare we will choose first!

Enrique is the best!! I have total peace of mind leaving Cale with him and he always comes back happy as can be!

Jenn was fantastic! She took excellent care of our dog, Lola, while we were away for the week. Lola seemed to really enjoy her time with Jenn, and she sent us regular updates with photos and videos, which we really appreciated. We could tell she was happy and relaxed when we returned. Jenn was also very communicative, and followed all our instructions regarding Lola’s feeding schedule and supplements. We would definitely book her again!"

Cindy took great care of Milo while we were gone, with lots of walks and cuddles. She gave updates and pictures without it being invasive. We will definitely leave Milo with Cindy again!

Brenda did an amazing job with our two dogs! She offered up a meet and great without even having to ask, made us all feel so comfortable with her, was super flexible on pickup and drop off times, and sent us pics and videos all weekend! Would definitely refer her to others!

Took great care of our 8 yr old pup for a week while we were out of town. Shared lots of pictures. Great communication. Will definitely send our pup over to them again!

Marsha is kind and wonderful with both dogs and people! She treats Arlo like her own and makes sure he is safe, having fun, and snuggling, too. We feel lucky to have found her!!

Amy was great with my spoiled dog Sam. While on vacation she emailed photos and even took Sam up to her cabin where he enjoyed his self. I usually don't leave reviews but Amy is so deserving of one....My family would like to say thanks ...(Sam misses the cuddling).
