Ashley was absolutely fantastic! She went way above and beyond what was asked and she gave great care and attention, and catered suggestions to what Ollie and I needed. Highly highly recommend!

Erin was great. She checked in on my 2 cats for 4 days. She did a really nice job dealing with their personalities and figuring out what was best for them! I will definitely reach out to Erin in the future!

Kevin visited our cat daily while we were away. We appreciated the daily photo and updates, as well as Kevin's willingness to problem solve and be flexible! Great communication throughout. Would recommend!

In my insane time of getting ready to sell a house, get out of the house for a weekend to show and have an open house, the most sane time of it all was finding someone like Carol to take care of our cat. My husband and I were sure this was not going to work due to our cat not being the most social and very vocal when not happy but my sense of relief was when we walked in and our cat just walked around Carol’s house like she owned it. I really think she felt a good vibe on this place and updates from Carol with picture of our cat Sally proved it. Thank you Carol!

This was the first time we used Rover for care of our cat. Lauren made sure we were comfirtable with her take care of our cat and our cat took to Lauren right away. I found out Lauren knows a lot about cats just by taking to her on our first meeting. We plan on ask Lauren again in the future.

Went above and beyond!

Sarah was amazing with our elderly cat with extra needs. She followed all instructions and reached out if there were any questions. Smokey has a cold and needed supplements twice daily which administered. He’s in better health upon our return than when we left! She provided great scorecards and you can tell she really enjoys spending time with animals. Your pets will be well taken care of if you leave them to Sarah! She went above and beyond and vacuumed, even though I forgot to ask. Thank you so much! The Etlicher family and Smokey.

Connie is a miracle worker! I have a very anxious kitty that hides from everyone, but Connie was able to get her to warm up and be friendly. Connie took detailed notes on Mochi's care, and clearly cared about her happiness and comfort. She sent tons of updates, including lots of photos and videos, throughout my time away, and it was so nice to see my kitty purr and enjoying her attention. Connie also took excellent care of the house, it was like I never left!
