Andrea was awesome! We had a short meeting where we got to introduce our cat and tell her everything we needed service-wise. I knew she showed up each day from the adorable pictures she sent and the kind messages with them. I was able to have a worry-free vacation knowing my cat was in good hands!
Allie rocks!! She kept me super up to date on how my cat was doing while I was out of the country and unable to take care of my girl. My cat loved her and was excited to play and cuddle with Allie every time she came to check on her. Will absolutely book with her again on my next trip. It was so wonderful to have Denielle check on our kitty while we were away. Mousetrap is 22 years old and likes things just so. Denielle was so sweet with her and helped her be comfortable while we were away.
Megan is great! She accepted our early morning request with ease, and followed our directions to a T! Dot had an accident and Megan cleaned it up with no complaints. She is a great care taker and we hope to work with her again. :)
To sum it all up: Joanna is simply the best. We gave her a big and challenging task. It was several visits within several days and A LOT of details and instructions to a very special sitting that our fur boy demands. He has a very specific routine, and she NAILED it⦠Joanna went above and beyond for us, and she did it with the excellence of her professionalism and the care of her loving personality with the animals! Itzayana did an amazing job taking care of my cat, who has asthma and requires special attention. She sent me videos and updates regularly, which really put my mind at ease. Hannah was great! This was the first time I had boarded my 9 year old cat, Gracie, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Hannah was flexible with drop off and pick up times and she send daily updates and photos during our time away. I had no worries about Gracie's well-being during our trip. The only downside is that Hannah is leaving Cleveland too soon to be able to care for Gracie during our next trip! I would like to leave her a tip, but am not sure how to do that.
