Dog Boarding in Byron

Jessica was phenomenal with our dog. She helped to keep us reassured with frequent photos, videos, and updates. He came home with trimmed nails, a freshly washed coat, and a good grooming! We are so grateful for Jessica and absolutely will be utilizing her wonderful care in the future.

I am beyond pleased with the care Vinetta provided for my pup! Communication was great before, during, and after the visit, and you can tell she really cares for dogs. My dog looked so happy in the pictures she sent. I also really appreciated how willing she was to work with a puppy; that can be hard to find. I will definitely be contacting her again the next time I need a Rover. HIGHLY recommend!

Our Louie ran up to Mikailia when we dropped him off! Which was a relief and confirmation that he enjoyed his time with her the first time. She’s been so easy to work with and reassuring!

Sara and her family made our first trip away from our pup so much smoother. They were so inviting and went out of their way to make Finn feel at home and keep his usual routine. We never worried if he was bored or lonely and got lots of pictures during his stay.

I was really happy with boarding Dexter with Tyler. He made sure to send me a picture or two throughout the day and let me know that everything was going well. Dexter got along with his dogs and the others he was watching, which was really reassuring to me. He gave me updates on how everything went overnight as well. Dexter was definitely tired because all he wanted to do the next day was nap. I would definitely rebook with Tyler.

Very nice couple. They sent us picture updates which was great. I have a dog that is a runner, so I love they had double gates so we could relax about her escaping. They have a good setup with a lot of dog gates in the house to keep dogs separated if needed. They also did not require our dog to sleep in a kennel at night, which was a huge plus for me. Our dog gets very anxious in a kennel so this was another plus for us. Good experience for us and our dog.

Shauna was friendly, professional, easy to reach, and flexible. Daisy had a great time and was completely played out when got home. Would recommend her service.

Holly and Jeremy took amazing care of our dog over Christmas. They allowed us to come over ahead of time to meet their family and their dogs. Holly gave us wonderful picture updates each day. It was very clear that our dog was right at home with them and enjoyed her stay. We would most definitely use them again in the future!!

Our dog is like a family member to us so leaving him for a week wasn’t ideal. Until I met Amy and her family. Right from the get go Amy’s communication was top notch. She asked all the right questions that made me feel more comfortable leaving for a week. The amenities at her house were more than ideal and I got a minimum of 4 updates a day. It was a dream having Amy and her family watch Murphy. 10/10 recommend.

We were only gone one night, but Stacy sent many updates with pictures to show how things were going during our dogs stay. We loved it! Definitely will use again when we need it!

We just recently moved to Rochester and had to find someone to watch our dog Butkus. We were lucky to find Kiersten and Nicholas they did a wonderful job looking after Butkus. We received daily photos and updates. Will definitely use them again.

Oh my gosh, I don't know where to start with my praise! I contacted Dondee about leaving my 4 pound Papillon with her while I went on vacation. It was the first time I had left her, and I was very apprehensive. The minute I spoke with Dondee I knew I had made the right choice. She reassured me about everything. And I had only left town for a couple of hours and she had already sent pictures of my pup settling in. Through my whole vacation there were pictures and video of my dog getting pampered and being right at home. It meant so much to me to get these updates since I missed my dog so much. It another week I have to be away for work for 5 days and she is already booked with Dondee again. This could not have been a better experience, and I thank you Dondee from the bottom of my heart!

We’ve rebooked Eric multiple of times already and he’s been so attentive to our dog Broccoli. He really has the best interest in your pup. Thanks again for all that you do Eric!
