Erin has communicated with me very well and has taken great care of my cats, Izzie and Ava. Both of them required medication, which she delivered consistently. Her photos kept me updated.

I have had a couple of sitters in the past that were not great communicators with us and I have not used them a second time. Mya will be the only one I call from here forward. She was very communicative, focused on our pet, genuinely cared, and gave lots of love to Ebony. She always had attention, food, and a fresh litter box.
