Jie did a wonderful job taking care of my elder/deaf dog Otis! It was our first time using Rover, and we did a 5 hour daycare stay. Jie has a welcoming aura and was very communicative/helpful over text with understanding my dogs needs. She sent an update video halfway through the stay which I appreciated so much! River was AMAZING with my pup and so were her dogs! So communicative and sent me updates throughout the day! Very flexible with my drop off and pick ups! Highly recommend and will definitely use her again!

My dog Riley has had two daycare days with Topsy so far, and it’s been clear after each day how happy and content he is after spending the day with her. I greatly appreciated her flexibility this week when I needed to change the day and drop off/pickup time, to accommodate a longer work day due to an event. I definitely plan to continue daycare with Topsy!
We were nervous to leave our dog with someone else for the first time but Sheryl was amazing and kept us in the loop the whole time sending updates and photos. We will definitely use Sheryl again in the future 😊
Leanna was very patient and accommodating of our flexible traveling schedule. Nestli seemed veey happy and comfortable, and had fun making his own pawprint decoration. We appreciate Leanna working with our schedule, which I couldn't entirely predict, but kept her informed about.

It was our Dog Maverick (Mav) and Mary's first meeting together and we couldn't have been happier! Mary and her human and fur family was everything we hoped for - you can tell they genuinely love dogs. Mav came home from Mary's place happy, tired and spoiled! It was a great experience for us and we will definitely have Mav spend more fun days at Mary's. Thank you for taking such great care of Mav!
Dana watched our pup for a few hours while we went to the Mall of America. She was great with our dog and communication was excellent. We got lots of pictures of Josie during her stay which made us happy and we knew she was in good hands. If we are back in the area we'd definitely use Dana again.
Paige was very accommodating with our schedule and routine and took great care of our 3 month old puppy!
