Anne provided exceptional care for our cats, exceeding expectations with her proactive and compassionate approach. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect of her job. One instance that stands out is her attention to detail and proactive approach - she noticed that it was recycling and trash day based on our neighbors' carts being out and took it upon herself to wheel out and put back our recycling and trash carts. This was something we hadn't even requested, but Anne's initiative made our return home that much smoother. Anne was incredibly understanding and patient with our kitty who was going through a rough patch, expressing his frustration through biting and scratching. It's never easy to handle such situations, but Anne did so with compassion and professionalism. Her ability to manage this challenging behavior really speaks to her dedication and love for animals. As pet owners, it's often hard to trust someone else with our beloved animals, but Anne earned our trust implicitly. Her dedication and attention to detail made our return home seamless and worry-free. I highly recommend Anne to anyone in need of a reliable, caring pet sitter. I called Leanne (with very short notice), about doing a drop in visit for my 2 cats. Leanne responded quickly & agreed to do a 60 min visit. Leanne is dependable, reliable and trustworthy! Thank you for all you do!

Kayla did a fantastic job! She was very responsive, asked to meet right away and was at our house (on time) the next day for our initial meet and greet. She listened to all of the instructions, asked great questions, and interacted well with our animals. While we were gone, Kayla texted when she arrived at the house, sent us photos of our cats and texted when she left the next day. This proactive communication was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be hiring Kayla again!

Joey has been fantastic. I left for a 3 week trip and she has stopped in twice a day to check up and hang out with my cat (Peaches). She goes the extra mile. Keeping me updated on how Peaches has been doing. Cleaning up any accidents outside the litter box. Taking the garbage out and bringing it up from the driveway on garbage day. She also brought in any packages left at our door. If I need a sitter in the future she will be the first I go to. I highly recommend considering Joey if you’re looking for a sitter you can count on!

Autumn was amazing with my cat. Stella was very happy and content when I came home. She was flexible, caring and super nice. Thank you Autumn!

Ashley is an awesome pet sitter! I hate to even call her that - she's your pets best friend when you're out of town. She's attentive, follows complicated directions flawlessly, and truly loves and cares for your animals like they're your own. She even accommodated a last minute personal emergency with grace. Felt very comfortable leaving my cat with Camille! He seemed to be very relaxed with her and she sent a lot of pictures so I was able to enjoy my trip and not worry about him doing okay ☺️
